I recently had a tummy tuck surgery at Yuzil Hospital in Turkey, and overall my experience was excellent. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. The medical team was professional, skilled, and made me feel confident in my decision.

There were a few very minor issues along the way, but nothing significant enough to affect my overall experience. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that some of the staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming, as that would make the experience even better for international patients.

Aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect. I’m very happy with my results and would recommend Yuzil Hospital to anyone considering this procedure.

I had a breast up lift & augmentation with dr elif akbay . When she went in one was ruptured so I had my uplift and went back 4.5 months later for my implants to be put in .
it’s been 2 weeks and i couldn’t be happier there amazing.
The staff are amazing the hospital is very thorough with everything and i would DEFINITELY recommend dr akbay she’s a genius with a scalpel for the female body . My breasts look better now than the first time I had them done .
And I’ve since recommended 4 of my friends of which 2 have gone and had surgery and ate very happy with the results. 10/10 👌🏻🫶🏼

I’ve just had my breast implants done at Yuzyil Hospital and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff, nurses, surgeon and translators were all incredible – so caring, attentive and patient with me the whole way through. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the level of care and attention I received was faultless.The price was very fair and everything was included – all my tests, checks and procedures were organised for me, which took so much stress away. I felt safe, well looked after and fully supported from start to finish. I can’t recommend Yuzyil Hospital enough to anyone thinking about breast surgery in Turkey.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic from start to finish. The communication before arriving was perfect, Aybuke was very helpful, spoke great English, and organised everything smoothly.

When we arrived, our private transfer was waiting for us, and the 5-star hotel provided was beautiful and comfortable. The clinic team was professional, gentle, and always made sure I understood every step.

The treatment plan was explained clearly, and even with small changes, they respected the original price. The doctors were careful, the results look amazing, and they constantly checked my bite and comfort.

Transfers were always on time, the clinic is modern and clean, and the whole process felt safe and well-organised.

I had breast reduction and lift 6 days ago back home now and feeling great no pain at all just tired, Dr Yaya did my surgery , all test like echo, anagrams, bloods xray ECG are done before it’s so professional and well coordinated, the lovely interpreter is there and she is so sweet and helpful nothing is to much trouble they are wonderful.
You have a nurse that looks after you every hour checking and changing painkillers through IV antibiotics ect .
I carnt tell you how much care and love the whole team give you from the cleaning staff to the consultant they put our NHS to shame they really cannot do enough to make sure you are ok , I have never know care like it , Evan paying private in the Uk and I have ,the services are awful.

I had a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Dr Hüseyin Süt, and the results are absolutely amazing — exactly as promised, natural, elegant, and perfectly suited to my face. Absolutely amazing - I had breast surgery they looked after me every step of the way, sickness of the anapaestic they checked on me every hour, I couldn’t of asked for a better hospital every health check was completed before surgery after surgery care, and they really do care! I came from uk and better service than Uk . Can’t even see my scars he honestly has done an amazing job and I couldn’t be any happier the self confidence it has gave me is more than I could of ever asked for ❤️

I had my surgery with Dr. Erkan Kerem Kaya and couldn’t be happier with my experience and results! I had a 360 lipo, breast lift, and tummy tuck, and the outcome is truly amazing — I feel like a brand-new woman.

I honestly can’t thank this dental company enough — they’ve completely changed my life by giving me my new teeth! The whole team were amazing, so friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel completely relaxed from start to finish. A special thank you to Shamira and her team, who were absolutely wonderful throughout my treatment. The taxis back and forth were always punctual, I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, and the whole process was completely pain-free. The results are truly amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. What can I say about this hospital other than its utter rubbish, i went for all on 6 upper and lower jaw, after they removed my teeth the implants were fitted and I waited 3 months went back had my new teeth fitted but the idiot implant surgeon had put the implants to far forward so my teeth were sticking away from my gums and when they were screwing them in they cracked them, I had to then go back after 4 months as the screws come lose only to be told 3 needed removing as they weren't in right of the correct position and also that I needed a bone graft and sinus lift at a cost of £800 before they would proceed witch i payed and had 3 implants replaced and in the correct place I then had to wait a further 6 month before going back and when I did I went for my impressions I had to wait 3 days before test fitting only to be told on the final day they were cementing the teeth in and they were a lower grade than what I payed for I wasnt happy but was told it was either that or nothing, but the real kicker was when I got home and asked another clinic in antalya for a second opinion and the cost to make me some better teeth only to be told that they wouldnt touch them as I had a very cheap Turkish implants in when I paid for quality German ones, ive since been quoted £10,000 to fix yuzyil's absolute crappy job so something that should of cost me £8,000 has now cost £14,000 because of all the trips back to get there shit work fixed and now add the extra £10,000 to rectify this utter trash of a job im now looking at £24,000 If you are thinking of going to this dump please beware. Ah and one more thing the cement they said would last 5 years lasted 3 month before the top teeth fell out absolute cowboys this lot.

Are you going to honour our agreement and remove the cheap implants you fitted and replace with the Germans ones I paid for and make a new set of teeth top and bottom??

I was feeling a little unsure when arriving in Istanbul for lens replacement surgery and whether I’d done the right thing.
I was met at the airport and transferred to a very nice hotel close to the clinic.
Tests and pre op were carried out and a consultation with the surgeon the day before surgery.
I was given the option of having both eyes done together or separately and opted for the latter.
Both procedures went very smoothly and I was fully informed throughout the process.
Further consultations and eye tests after the procedures before discharge.
Overall, a very positive experience and regularly updated by Elif who co ordinated everything brilliantly.

I'm very pleased with the results. My husband and I were impressed with the service before we arrived and throughout our time in Turkey. A huge thank you to everyone, especially Shamira for all the support and Serap our translator. You are wonderful!

I'm still in early recovery 10 days post operation which was carried put at Yuzyil Hospital Istanbul under the caring and magic hands of Dr Elif Akbay. This is what has to be the most important part of cosmetic surgery is the quality of the work by your surgeon and this is why I mentioned first. She absolutely 'gets it' knew I was looking for a natural look. Was really clear on the process with good communication with the team and translators supporting me and navigating the hospital. The hospital was spotlessly clean as you should expect from a general hospital. Was really impressed with the hospital and spoke with other patients when doing my research. I decided to have as a first surgery upper and lower Blepharoplasty. One eye was drooping more than the other although there was sagging skin with both upper eyes with bags under eye too. I just wanted to be a bit more refreshed and have some symmetry. I am still at an early stage but the incisions and surgical work is very skilled. I was taped up and told exactly and clearly the process after the surgery. On the day of surgery it all took under 1 hour, the nursing team and anaesthetist were lovely calm and reassuring. I would be lying if I didn't say I was anxious, but they all understand this is normal. I was put at ease. After spending an overnight stay at hospital the team on the ward were lovely and my support team were around with a smile and translating. Also really helpful was the paperwork my team gave me pre op you need to sign but I was told to take my time with the forms, they were all clearly in English so was able to read and sign and hand back over before the operation. The team step by step guided me at each part of the process. Once moved to a lovely hotel to recover 5 days it was not to far from the hospital and centre of Istanbul. I am glad I was more on the outskirts for peaceful recovery. The staff at the hotel had incredible hospitality and again spotlessly clean. I had allocated driver to get me from and to hospital appointment, hotel and flights and again they were prompt and polite. The whole package was professional. I much prefer understated less bling and more skill and professionalism. I received a great deal for my treatment matched with skill. So I am very happy. It's not a decision I took lightly and did prepare and do research. At 10 days I am healing well scarring looking OK at this point as I've been obsessed with watching others journeys I've learned everyone's healing journey looks and is experienced differently. I had minimal bruising for someone who bruises easily. It's still numb under my eyes but wow what a difference already. I am super impressed. Can only thank the team and can confidently say for upper and lower blephs I would recommend this hospital and surgeon.

Hi, just came back from Yuzyil hospital , I went first time in January 2025 for breast lift with implants, and end of September for breast lift revision and 2 areas liposuction, I had a great time there, all staff, translator, coordinator, nurses , surgeon, everyone was amazing, great nice and clean hospital, surgery went very well, all after care, staff was amazing helping me as much as possible, I recommend this hospital!

I waited a while to do this review because I needed it to be as honest as possible. My experience at this hospital for a bariatric surgery was great. The pre and post care were excellent and I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. I will always recommend. No question was ever too much for Shamira

Hospital room had no air con, It was 29 degrees in room. I noticed immediately on arriving it felt like an oven and was told air con was now on, which it wasn’t. Was extremely tired and dehydrated the next morning (morning of surgery) as had not slept due to the suffocating heat.

Drs/ staff connected the anaesthesia drip without even bothering to let me know. I was completely ignored as I was put to sleep, it’s like you’re not even there, they had their backs to me.
Woke up with extreme pain in my butt cheek and lower back, I am sure they dropped me off the table as I’ve had surgery a few times and never had this before, just from laying. Woke up in the room with no air con and cried, I was so hot, there is not even a fan and the mattress is plastic (I know hospital beds are always plastic, im just mentioning because it was so, so hot in there)
The button for calling for help was on the floor and out of reach so I had to climb over the sides of the bed and pick it up from the floor (whilst recovering from surgery and with a catheter in)
I was moved rooms but only because I insisted I couldn’t cope with the heat and I would never of came if I knew there was no air con, which I would not have.
The room i was moved to had a very weak air con system which took a day and a half to kick in and get to a reasonable temperature.
The WiFi only works if you are logged in and on your phone, the moment your screen locks, it kicks you off. So you won’t be able to receive any messages or calls unless you have your phone in use and in your hand.
Which is hard to do because the sockets there (the ones that even work) are very weak and faulty. You cannot get more than 20% charge in your phone, also the sockets are on the opposite side of the room to the bed so you will not have access to it as most the time you will be on an antibiotic/ painkiller drip for hours. If you have a surgery that restricts you from getting out of bed, you will be without a phone.
I had a facelift so I could get up fairly soon but still needed regular drips so was without a phone for very long periods of time and my family and friends were very worried as their messages were undelivered for hours and hours due to lack of Wi-Fi.

The ladies in the hospital are very nice, they don’t speak English but are very nice. The tv doesn’t work but one lady tried to fix it for me and was very kind to me.

The hospital building is old, worn out and looks like something from a third world country. It wasn’t anything like others I have been to in Turkey. It is NOT luxury, neither is the hotel.

The hospital food was terrible but wasn’t very hungry after surgery anyway so wasn’t really bothered. If you are a fussy eater be warned, you will go hungry until you go to the hotel.

The hotel is very basic but thankfully has air con, wifi and working sockets.
Unfortunately it only includes one meal so if you are there alone I hope you are not having a surgery that prevents you from leaving the hotel, because you will need to or you will be living on one meal a day.

The driver turned up almost an hour early to take me to the airport so I had even longer to wait at the airport which was annoying.

Since arriving home, swelling has gone and healed nicely but I am very, very unhappy with the results. I look no different! There is no difference whatsoever. I look exactly the same and can prove it with photos. I waited six weeks and then contacted the consultant who forwarded my messages to the surgeon who made excuses and clearly isn’t interested.

I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone. I really wouldn’t. Even after how awful it was, I would never of said anything if my results were noticeable but on top of an awful experience, I’ve wasted all that money for no results, just scars.

My coordinator Oyku was prompt with her responses and tried her best, and my male translator was also very nice.

Unfortunately I came to do a mid face lift and composite bonding.

After my mid face lift, I have been left with nerve damage and uneven eyebrows. The rest of the face looks exactly the same apart from not being able to move my eyebrows.

My composite bonding chipped in the first week, to which they said I have insurance but I have to go back to turkey to fix. Which is again understandable but incredibly inconvenient.

The room I was kept in at the hospital, had no air con, and was extremely hot to which the nurses kept saying they will get it fixed and never did which was extremely unsettling after surgery. There was no ice at all either. Which made my face swelling worse after surgery. Overall, the experience was disappointing and a waste of time .
