Not all of eGlobal site are equal. Living in Italy I tried to place an order with eGlobal.eu because they had what I wanted a Philips shaver for €299.00 I was informed that they do not ship to Italy and that I would have to order through eGlobal.it. The problem was that they did not have the item on their site. Since I do not wirite Italian very well I had to contact eGlobal.uk. The gal that I dealt with was very helpful and patient. She told me that I had to order through the Italian site and that they spoke and wrote in English, in my case wrong, but she said that she would contact Italy and the item would appear on the site that it would take awhile but be patient. I waited and then low and behold it appeared on the site and I placed my order. Within eleven days I received my shaver. I think that it was alittle slow, but was received in good order.

I bought the sony rx100iv from this site..they have been very professional and shipping has been fast...

I bought a new Olympus M.Zuiko 75mm f1.8 lens for the price of an used one. The lens arrived in 7 - 8 working days, well packed. I will buy again with eGlobal.

The Camera (D750) arrived in a discrete but well shaped packaging. No corner were touched during the transport. Nothing to say about timing and quality of service, acceptable and in certain sense even faster than expected.
The camera is wonderful and the menu are in all world languages (ITALIAN in my case)

Ordered a LG G4 H8118N (dual SIM) smartphone.
The product was well packaged and arrived in good status, with no damage to any parts. Delivery was timely, exactly on the day estimated at the time of order completion on the eGlobal website. a few emails updating on the status of my order along the way were sent to me.
Price was quite competitive with stores around my city, but I did not compare it with other online shops.

I've ordered an ASUS ZenFone 2 and it's arrived in 5-6 days as promised. Furthermore Eglobal have added the right electric adapter for the Italian socket. Really good!!!
