I'm happy with the purchase. The e-mail communication is good, though not very fast, as well as the delivery is not fast, but the tracking of the package works. I bought a cell phone, and the item I received as expected. The only annoyance was when I access and the menu was in Chinese, and to set my language I had to use a tutorial on youtube.

I ordered a Fujifilm X-M1 digital camera last december 26th. I received it in perfect condition and with a 15% less price (more or less) than the cheaper one in the web. The delivery took a little bit more time than expected but definetely it is Worth the wait. The answers in Italian to my quests were not totally clear, since they look like being obtained by processing texts on some authomatic translator. The package was good and the camera and lens inside are perfect. I definitely will buy again from eGlobal Centre and do suggest Others the same. Great!

On 16. Dec 2015 I paided by credit card 709.99 € for my order of a Fuji camera. However since then::
1. I haven't received the goods
2. On the courier web site there are no updated info after 19. Dec 2015
3. No reply received for the tickets I sent out to the customer service

Never had such an awful experience with shopping online.
That isn't acceptable!

Update: Mon 11/01/2016 I received a quite vage e-mail from custom to apologise about delay and assure my order will be delivered asap. However, since then I'm still waiting for my parcel. No news from custom, courier or EGlobal... Meanwhile, a long month has gone by!!!!

I orderd a Huawey P8 dual sim on 15-12-15, untill now no information about shipment.
DPD shows just they received order for shipment, but not item to delivery yet.
I opened a controversy on Pypal yesterday, and if tehy will not reply before monday, I will modify it into a offcial complaint and ask ofr refund.

I try several time to get in touch with them, but they replied just to the first ticket. Then they answer to the 29th december's ticket on January 11th.... telling goods are held by customs, but DPD show nothing has been shipped.
So I wait till today in the hope to receive some news, but nothing happens and so tomorrow I'll ask refund to Paypal.
Worst experience of ever

The mobile phone I ordered (and paid) on Dec 11 has never arrived; I asked several times for a refund, but I had no anwser at all.
On Jan 13 at 17.00 (Italy) I did not receive yet replies of any kind.

Honestly I can't understand how could be possible that an eshop with no humans working could legally work. 3 days without any feedback on requests! Products that seems available in reality are not.

I ordered a Nikon AW130. I have to say that by far I got the best price in internet. I received exactly what I was expecting even if for 4 days I had no info on the shipment. After 4 days I received the tracking reference and then in other 3 days I received the package. 7 working days in total.
To be very onest eGlobal was anticipating a delivery time in 6-8 working days so no surprise. Simply quite a slow delivery

I received my zenfone in a short time (ten days) and the product (zenfone 2 ZE551ml) is wonderful! They were also so kind to send me an adapter for the charger.
