Worst support ever

I received a new camera that did not work. It was DOA. I took it to a camera shop and they confirmed.

I contacted eGlobal, and after 3 days the replied asking for photos and video of the product not working. I let them know that the camera is part of my business and that I wanted to try to swap the camera as quickly as possible because it affects my ability to make money.

After a week of once-a-day emails, they have still not sent me a return tag, or even told me that it is okay to send the product back. I let them know in every message that I am willing to pay to expedite this issue, and they did not reply to any of these requests.

I have never experienced such slow and poor customer service with an online company, and I will never do business with eGlobal again. The small amount of cash it saves to buy from them is not worth the two weeks it took for the product to arrive, nor the impolite and wrote responses they sent. I hope they go out of business.

I am very satisfied with the product i ordered from eglobalcentral.co.it. I have ordered a macbook pro 15 inch 2017. It took around 15 days until i received it. I really recommend. The only concern i had was that there were around 5 days from the daye i ordered until the courrier updated their website. It was also the cheapest price.

Send item but very slow service. 10-15 days.

Really send the item. But a long waiting time. Response to emails after 3 to 4 working days. Dispatch the item after 4 to 6 days. Very very slow service. Can send the item from all over the world. To me... send 1st item from italy and second time from uk. Without paypal, it is not recommended. However the item send genuine, sealed but after 10-16 days. Thanks.

Do not send me the item. No response to emails. There is just one autoresponse only. Rubbish service. Do not trust them. A lier and cheater. Still wait for their response. I have done many emails since 4 days but very disappointed. Never recommended at all. Poor service. They are just waiting if a person send money outside paypal and they can easily eat it. I am waiting a few weeks more, then I will open a claim in paypal resolution center. Rubbish at all.

Da evitare!

Ho purtroppo acquistato da loro nel 2015 una fotocamera sony che ho pagato 750 euro; arrivata è stata bloccata in dogana e ho dovuto pagare oneri di sdoganamento + iva nonostante sul loro sito riportano che non c'è alcun dazio da pagare;non è finita qui:ieri a distanza di tre anni mi è arrivata anche una sanzione della guardia di finanza doganale di 100 euro ,la quale contesta una falsa dichiarazione:è si perchè i signori cinesi hanno scritto in bolla di accompagnamento che il valore della merce era di 10 euro!!!

To be avoided, I bought from them in 2015 a Sony camera that I paid 750 euros; arrived was blocked in customs and I had to pay customs clearance fees + VAT although on their website report that there is no duty to pay, it is not over here: yesterday after three years I also received a penalty of the guard of customs finance of 100 euros, which disputes a false statement: it is because the Chinese gentlemen have written in a packing that the value of the goods was 10 euros!

Positive surprised

I'm normally not the person writting reviews. But in this case I have to.
Convinced by the price, I ordered on the 02.01.2018 a Nikon D7500 on the site. On the next day I wanted to show my colleague the site and the unbeatable prices. Shocked I discovered, that Nikon cameras disappeared on the page. I could find Nikon lenses, but not a single Nikon camera body. Then I asked google for the reliability for eGlobal Central Italia and I found a lot of negative reports. Based on that I didn't expect that i receive my order and I already prepared myself to use the paypal cashback.
On the 08.01.20180I received a mail that my order is prepared to leave the warehouse. On the 09.01.2018 I received a mail with a tracking code. And today (15.01.) I received my ordered camera without any additional custom fees.
So, seeing all the negative reviews, I'm still not convinced that the site is really trustworthy and has a reliable customer support. But at least I can give you a positive feedback on my order.

Non rispondono mai alle mail..

Ma perché non rispondete mai alle mail? Perché questa assistenza pessima? Perché vendete online se non esiste u supporto fatto da persone serie con riposte pertinente?
Bad, bad, bad assistance. Buy something from them and you're on your own....they never reply to any mail.

Item arrived on reasonable time (12 days aprox). PayPal payment allowed. No possible comments yet about guarantee issues which are the highest concerns from other people, but it was good savings comparing to other providers I checked.
