Excellent prices and the delivery was accurate and fast enough. Comunication was accurate, too. Only downside were the instructions: most of it was in (I think) Chinese.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8. Price was excellent and delivery shorter than expected. One HUGE problem. It has a regional block for South East Asia and cannot be used in Europe until it has completed a 5 minute call with a sim card from South East Asia. On the web site it claims to be compatible with Italian Operators. BIG LIE! Be warned people.

The item has been delivered after two weeks but the tracking system has worked properly.

Phone not working and endless waiting time to get it repaired
I bought an ASUS Zen Phone 3. Price 323.99 euro.
It was not working and I sent it to be repaired following eglobal instructions.
They received on 23 March 2017 and replied saying that they received it that the item is under warranty and that they would have repaired it within 6 weeks. Everything I say it is recorded in my RMA case. Today is 29 May 2017 and after 10 weeks nothing happened. A serious and professional shop would have returned the money to customer or sent a new phone or at least send a courtesy phone while waiting for the repair. NOW STOP! I am fed up with waiting. You can keep the phone. I do not want it any more. I want my money back!!!

Worst web experience
This website is non-existent. My item never shipped, I never got a reply to my emails / tickets and I've been trying to get a refund for days.
I will definitely report them soon, they need to stop what they're doing. I hope I will have the chance to go to Hong Kong to get to know these incredibly dishonest people.

Just an awful shop
In short:
- Bought my phone there because it was cheaper then at any other place.
- Did notice back then already that everybody seemed to have problem with incredibly bad service but i thought "Oh i won't need that anyways".
- Got the phone 2 month after I ordered it and countless emails to the customer service.
- Had 2 minor problems with the phone after 7 month and spend 5 weeks debating with the customer service about how to handle the problem.
- Threatend me that they would make me pay 25€ of return fee for shipment if i send it back and it was working. So I thought ah ok its not that bad.
- After 10 month I started having mayor problems with my phone and actually send it back even though they again told me they would make me pay for it.
- After 2 1/2 month and hours with the customer-service I got my cellphone send back to me had to pay the extra charge, plus shipment. All of that because they don't consider the error on my phone not a major problem for using it. (Which all local electricstores told me it was)
Conclusion:
Even if the prices are lower then anywhere else and you think you will never have to deal with the customer-service, you should really trust me it is never worth buying there.
In there own words:
Please note that all our products are imported goods and will not come with manufacturer's warranty but instead we will cover the warranty through our own company. ( amazing ^^ )

Slow delivery but the goods are as good as promised
Ordered Motorola X Force on January, 12th, Received on January, 30th.
Despite of what declared the product wasn't in stock (1st delay) then the delivery took much than the 8 days initially declared. (Hong-Kong to UK then UK to Italy with long waits in the middle).
Price was good and product is original.
Paid with PayPal.
Go but be prepared to wait a bit longer.
Terrible service
One week has passed since I am supposed to have received an item from them - they haven't even shipped it yet. I have written to them twice, but get no response at all. They have taken payment, but refuse to correspond with me. AWFUL service: Now will I get my money back or is it lost?
