Stay away!!! they took my money and they don't even respond to my emails anymore

I placed an order at the end of last month that is still not delivered. They have acknowledged receiving the email but closed my case and stopped responding shortly after. Horrible experience. Keep away! Spend the extra few quid and buy in a shop or a reputable seller! I hope I will at least see my money back

Very disappointing experience on post sales warranty service

I bought an LG G4 in 2016 Nov. The phone went black and did not turn on again on 2006 Jul. I sent it to UK technical center (transport cost paid by me as that is normal); it came back middle of September, but there is now another issue on the phone not allowing me to make phone calls. I have asked assistance to them using the same opened ticked, after having posted a video of the behavior of the phone; The reply has been : we can pick it back but if we do not find the problem you will be charged with a fee and transportation cost. After stating this is clearly unacceptable, I have been told I would be refunded with a 200 Euro voucher (the phone was worth more than 400 euro), and they ask me to send a photo of the crashed phone. I did not understand what they meant and ask them the reason of their request. They just were messing up with my ticket and then when they realized that again they sticked to their original unacceptable request. Very very bad experience.
Update : Since the feedback of eglobal below no one has Contact me... to be transparent. So do not think that they care about Any negative review, there Is no way to have your rights granted.

Perfect but slowly

Perfect but a bit slowly, arrived 13 days after the date of arrival. But the object was perfect condition and the costumer service answer always fast and in full mode.

Very bad feedback, 3 weeks of waiting and nothing.

Finally after 3 weeks of order the camera has been delivered but in the meantime I didn't get any response to my e-mails.

So here is how it goes:
1. product was ordered on the 9th of August
2. about two weeks later (23rd) I receive the tracking code
3. parcel in GLS system doesn't show any changes for the next 4 days
4. 26th of August parcel is finally in Europe and on 30th is delivered to me.

21 days although the website was showing that it's available in the warehouse. They should be more fair and prepare you for such waiting (not 6-8 days as they claim)

Poor customer service

Having bought a smart watch from EGlobal Central because it was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, I was not put off by the week it took to reach me.
However when the straps on the watch broke about a month later (a known fault in older versions of the product), EGlobal refused to replace the straps. I found it particularly poor that they denied the request immediately without even looking into the matter or accepting return of the item to assess it. Instead they took a long time to respond to any communication and each time rejected the claim and said it was my problem.

Moral of the story is that they may be cheap but you've got to hope that nothing happens to your product as it is more than likely that they will not honour the warranty

Olympus 12mm f2

This seller must be avoided at all cost, they sell items with defect, totally waste of time. i order an Olympus 12mm f2, it arrived with a white spot inside the rear group of the lens. this lens should be "made in japan" but mine was "made in china", and i saw the differences. do not loose your time with this people, spend 50-100euro more and GET ONLY OFFICIAL IMPORTED ITEM, COVERED BY WARRANTY.

Scammer, unbelievably poor customer service

Ordered a samsung gear s2 classic on 9th june for boyfriend's birthday. Till today, no reply as to the status of the order. Bad customer service, unable to get updates on order status, no replies from company regardless of multiple tickets opened. No live chat available either. Should have trusted the bad reviews, wonder if I can't get the money back.

Easy to buy and eay to pay (tnx to paypal)
Of course shipping isn't the fastest (due to international shipping), and translation may be improved, but all in all I can recommend this site.
