Great Service, Super Prices!!! But still not like Amazon
online shop with great prices, especially on photography stuff. The lowest really, typical asian prices but available worldwide. Shipping from Europe to Europe (Italy for me) so no bad surprises with customs or taxes. Delivery takes 4/5 days (just a little more than usual) but with tracking number is ok. Ship via GLS in my case.
Will shop here again for sure, more convenient than any other seller.
Even some useful coupon for more discount.
The website is a little bad translated (automatically I suppose) but it's not a real problem.
But BEWARE: even if you have 30 days return policy, be aware that the return costs 18€ that will not be refounded. Furthermore it risks to cost you 50€ more for "restock costs".
Support service is really bad, long time to reply and only "standard" pre-written replies.

slow and costumer service inexistent
2 weeks for the delivery, 4 days to arrange the item.
Tracking number was wrong and i cannot track the order.
I wrote 3 times for this problem, but i've received no reply.
Price was good for a Nikon lens, but made in china, and not japan, so...
If you are in a hurry, probably is not the right choice.
After a couple of days, price of my item, go down up to 30€!!
