I ordered Apple Watches fo > €800. No answer to emails. No reaction. No shipment. Money gone.

Very Good price, I was provided with a DHL tracking number, and I have got my item in 4 days including the Weekend! I was very pleased with my first order.

I thought I was being scammed, as the package tracking clearly seems to indicate fake delivery status. After around a month I got a DPD tracking link that seems valid. 5 days after I got the DPD link, my package arrived! The box was a little bit damaged, but overall the packaging was really good. The product itself is in perfect condition, no dust or any scratches on it.

Sorry for being doubtful about this company, but in the end they seem to deliver (it just takes some time)

Took the money, said that will ship in 24 - 48 hours. Now I am waiting 7 days - no answer to email or calls. Their warehouse is in China, they are a Chinese company , they don't care about their customers, shallow people wanting to make quick buck

I start thinking that all the good reviews may be fake... how can it be that so many people do not receive the goods? Customer service replying with the same reply... copy/paste. It does not matter what you ask, you get the same reply. Stay away please...

This is the second time I order from them. First time it was a mobile phone, and it arrived 10 days after ordering. A bit slow, but worth it considering the 40 bucks I saved.
Considering that experience I decided to order a pricier product a few days ago. I was expecting a slight delay, specially considering the covid19 situation. To my surprise the product arrived in less than a week.
Both products arrived in perfect condition. Really happy with this company.

Shipment has never been delivered and the costumer service does not reply on the mail.

Guys better pay a bit more and be sure you receive your order :)

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap on March 3rd, but the package was returned to the sender for some reason. I opened a RMA to request a refund, but I received no reply since.

Now their support service is unavailable and emails bounce back.

Totally unreliable, do not purchase from them.

Ordered on 15/04, sent several emails asking information on delivery, never replied. Watch out

Ordered headset from them and the order got shipped after 9-10 working days, now it's been 20 days already and there is no update on the tracking web-site, this is such a shame....
Mailed their customer support on April 4 and got autoreply that deliveries are delayed due to COVID-19 bla bla bla.
Mailed today again and just received "Address not found" mail back.

I've ordered expensive headset from them couple of months back, well it never was a quick service, but at least those got delivered. I lost any hope to get my latest order though, so DO NOT ORDER from this web-site now, you will lose your money

Have ordered a lens ,been underneath processing from last 1 week no reply to emails no other contact mediums.They keep sending automated emails for the replies but no proper response to the query.

To be honest, I did not want to comment, but I thought it is better to share about my experience with eGlobal.NL in case it helps someone relax their mind should they have already ordered an item from eG.NL or just thinking to do so!
I ordered an iPad for my son on 16th March 2020 with 100 Euros below the market price - the shipment was clearly mentioned 4-5 working days, so I thought we would certainly get it by 26th March, to give it to son, as his B.D. gift!
Guess what happened: we did not receive the item by 26th, I got worries. Email them, no response (worst ever customer service!), then got more worried! Read comments in TrustPilot, which even scared me too much! I was sure by then that they are fraudulent business!
I opened a dispute in PayPal on 29th March and explained to them that the shipment is just saying "Sorry for the delay" for few days now. I was very serious to get a refund, that on 31th March my son said that the postman has just rang the door bell! So, it was the iPad! after 16-17 days waiting... It was a genuine iPad, absolutely brand new and just great! (BTW I know iPads very well!!) I also liked the 12W charger that is for the US market, normal chargers are 10W (the adaptor was also included by the way).
So, overall, although it was somewhat nightmare a bit, but I am more than happy to deal with them again. Happy with the product, apart from waiting long time (perhaps due to Covid-19??) and worst customer service. Last week my rating was 1 star, today is 5 stars!
Oh, I cannot comment in returning the item though as I do not have experience in that.
In summary, if you know you would need an item that you will keep surely (if nothing is wrong with it, of course), then grab eGlobal bargains. They are genuine products, I guarantee.
But, if you are suspicious to keep an item, then perhaps better to pay extra 30-35% and buy it from Apple/Amazon.

Delivery is really bad.
Stated that it would take 8-10 days to the Netherlands. On day 11 I found out via the tracking site that the carrier lost the package and eglobalcentral is trying to find out what went wrong. I belive that this site always showa the same for everybidy as it is updated at the same time everyday and I therefore, believe that it is a generic site. Package finally arrived after almost a month. By that time I already ordered the same item somewhere else as I didn't expect to still receive it. In order to return the goods I now have to pay a 25€ administration fee.
I will never use this company again! The item was slightly cheaper then on other online stores but in the end I ended up paying way more.
I suggest to order your items somewhere else!

It took a little while to get it, but after a little more then 3 weeks I got my GoPro. It is in perfect condition and a lot cheaper then in Holland.

eGlobalCentral is a Chinese trading company that packaged my parcel properly to withstand the transportation, posted it on time and answered two out of three questions I sent them, although the one unanswered was written in thier Q&A, so we can say that I didn't pay enough attention. The price of the product I ordered was cheapest in any comparison. The package arrived intact with all necessary manuals and supplements. The product is original/authentic and I am using it without a problem ever since. Strangely, no customs needed to be paid for the item, though it came from China. It takes time to get to Europe, but it is not their fault and mine was ordered at the height of the Chinese virus-outbreak too. If I need sg expensive and not too fragile, I would take a look at their shop next time too.
