I finally got my purchase today after 26 days. The price is nice but honestly even though i got my order, I can't recommend it because the amount of stress/anxiety you get on whether you'll be scammed or not is quite a lot. So if you think you can handle it, go ahead. Otherwise just pay extra and get in your local stores.

I found a way to catch them, here are the steps, the more people we do this the better chance of them going to jail (for NL):
1. go to the national fraud center and make a ticket
2. print the ticket and go to the police
3. they will try to send a fake package with DPD
4. the police is allowed to ask information from DPD, I could not get this myself
5. make a claim with paypal even if you paid by debit card - hopefully you have a paypal account linked to that card
6. ask paypal to start a claim and send all screenshots from police and fraud office
7. solve the claim with paypal an get money back this will take longer
8. do NOT STOP INVESTIGATION and press charges as many of you as you can! INTERPOL can now take care of the issue :)
They tried to con the wrong person. Please - make sure that you press charges during this lengthy process.

- shipment delayed for 13 days
- unable to cancel order even with the delay
- have to pay administrative cost of 18 euros + shipping cost to return the goods

= TOTAL SCAM

I am still waiting for the JBL charge 4 to be delivered.
It takes already over 14 days.

EGlobal likes to make a lot of promises and does NOT deliver, I ordered a IWATCH and after 14 Days still NOTHING !!! It was a BIRTHDAY present !!!

A Disapointed EX-Customer

I am still waiting for the Samsung Galaxy Buds to be delivered.
It takes already over 12 days. No delivery dates mentioned, only apologizes to deliver it as soon as possible

Product not recieved; so no idea if it would work.....

They say 24 hour shipping under item but its about working hours so don’t expect something to be shipped at least before 3 days...
When 3 days are being fulfilled, their tracking number that they sent doesn’t work. Do not trust this online shop. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and no communication whatsoever.
They are sending automated responses to you and they don't answer your questions properly. They say "soon your product will be shipped" but that never happens... Their return system doesn't work unless you receive the product. They say they can give full refund -18EUR administration costs. It is first time I am hearing such system. Don't get scammed. Pay 20 EUR more and purchase from a normal online shop.
Now I am reading other reviews here and if I would have read them in the first place I wouldn’t put myself under this circumstance.

Good and quickly delivery iPad inclusive a free adaptor for in the Netherlands

I ordered a Xiaomi Mi Note 10 two weeks ago and am waiting. Customer service does reply but very generically so. The last four days, the only update I get on the "intermediate" shipping page is:

"We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible."

Not thinking this is a scam (yet?) but the lack of interactions is pretty annoying.

Do not buy ! They did not deliver the telephone, just turn 22 Euro , I lost 143 Euro.

First of all they charged you for goods and then 1 day later you receive message from paypal nl. that something is wrong with my order and i should contact my bank. So now i dont have money, do not have the goods.

I'm really satisfied about the service and delivery of eGlobal Central Nederland. The price was very good and I'm very happy with the product! Next time I will definitely order with eGlobal again.

I read the reviews before making my order and I was prepared for all scenarios.
Since there is big number of bad reviews.
My story and experience was bad so I will advise everyone to be careful .
I use often websites with base in Hong Kong or Asia and I am satisfied in general.
I ordered an iPad at really low price, of around 180 euros .
Everything seemed normal till after 4 days my package was lost.
I contacted the customer service and they answered to me they can only refund me the cost of shipping which was 10 euros since they are not liable for the courier.
They do not provide you any courier information of course .
To make this story short this is illegal. I am a lawyer and I made the payment with credit card since transactions via credit card can be reversed in case of fraud .
I contacted my bank providing the invoice of my order and the communication I had and they reversed the payment.
This site is flagged I made the official process.
You can give it a try but use a credit card

I've always ordered here using PayPal, delivery expectancy was 5-8 days but may have taken a week longer. Wasn't a problem for me.

Apart from that the company registered officially in Hong Kong it doesn't mean they send it from Hong Kong, Because I received the package by postNL after 2 days from order.

Looks like they're maybe trying to pay less taxes so, but I don't mind as long as they can offer me this price.

I ordered it with the credit card so in case if I wouldn't receive my goods in the worst scenario I can ask my bank for online shopping insurance compensation.

I have excellent experiences with this seller. They have sent me a HK version of the iPhone Xs Max. I ordered it just at the beginning of the Chinese New Year and got it in 3 weeks time. This is amazing considering the difficult general health situation at that time and the extended holiday period. Very recommended seller based on my experience.

Ordered an Apple TV 4K.

It was delivered in about 15 days by GLS. Tracking number was unavailable the entire time during transit, it only became available at GLS first delivery attempt.

The product was brand new and genuine, power cable type I (Australia, China, New Zeeland) but delivered with an adapter for type E (Belgium).

Overall a good experience.
