I love purchasing from this brand! This brand offers the hottest styles to keep up with the latest trends and they offer size 11 which is amazing! I love that I get to keep up with the trends with a show that fits! I have 7 pairs of shoes and I just purchased a bedazzled mask which I HAD to have! All the shoes fit well and I have never had any issues. My orders get delivered to Northern California and they have always been on time and everything I ordered. I love this brand, you have a loyal customer for life!

If I could leave NO STAR I would. This is one of those popular Instagram shoes stores that tons of influencers get PAID promote. With them specializing in FAST FASHION, I decided to give them a try. They had a awesome sale that was indeed to good to be true. I ordered 8 pairs of shoes. They cancelled one before as soon as the order was completed and I figured it was an issue with the system. Three week went by and I never got an update on even when they are shipping. I decided to contact them, and they told me since ONE pair of shoes was on backorder the whole order was delayed. They decided to ship the shoes without the one pair AFTER contact them as a "courtesy". After sending out the shipping confirmation, days later I would get a cancellation of pair after pair. Totaling, 3 PAIRS cancelled, AFTER they said they had ALL shipped. Of the 3 that I did receive, you guessed it, TWO were damaged. With only ONE PAIR OF SANDALS being wearable. Of course its November now so who can wear sandals. Its been over a month and half and I am still waiting on the shoes/refund. Whichever gets to me first :(

Do not waste your time or money!!!
Returned shoes that I had to buy again in a size up as everything comes up small and have had no refund
Was told it takes 15 working days to even RESPOND it has now been 18 days the SLA you gave with customers has been breached due to not hearing anything back
Staff are not professional at all I just want my money back!!

This is 2nd time I've ordered yet again messed it up ...I understand if there out of stock but why don't you try telling me first instead of taking my money now I've had to contact you and get a refund which I'll prop have to wait what 14 days for...this website is an absoulte joke never had any of my orders sent to me thought I'd give you benefit of doubt more fool me this a defo no from now on and I'd advise any one else don't even waste ya time ....oh and if ya don't have a printer its a ball ache at post office as well just to get a lable printed for a return as they send you a dud one through email that doesn't work not daft are ya....no way a trusted website good for you if you've had a good order and customer service because this is the last time I'll be using it for sure !!!!!!!#fraudsite

I bought shoes on website and it take 10 day shipping to Finland in a very bad condition. The shoes are torn in many places with low quality materials. Moreover, when i ask for returning they told me to keep that fault products then give me 20% refunding which made me feel like i got scam!!! And i feel i am very lucky when another pair of shoes that i had order at that time has been out of stock:)

I placed an order with Egoshoes on November 26, 2018 Cyber Monday. The shoe that I ordered was immediately charged to my Paypal account and I was sent an order confirmation number. I did not receive any other response from Egoshoes but just waited for my tracking number being that I paid for the 6-8 delivery service. Now I understand that Black Friday, the weekend and Cyber Monday drove a lot of traffic to the website. Kudos to Egoshoes. However, the customer service sucked and "I" had to submit an email on November 30, 2018 to inquire about the tracking number. Like "hey did you forget about me" being that I was checking the site on a daily basis and the shoe never sold out. I finally received a response from a Ana on December 1, 2018 informing me that the shoe was sold out and restock and will be dispatched within the next two business working days. No tracking nothing was ever sent to my email. A Sanah then sent a email response back to me on December 3, 2018 after I responded to Ana again and informed me that if I wanted to cancel my order I could. However, if I wanted to wait one more business day my order would be dispatched. I then replied and said I would wait another business day. Well on December 4, 2018 no tracking number nothing. So I sent out a email again I guess it went through twice because Ana responded again with the same generic email message informing me the shoe was out of stock and back in stock now and will be dispatched within two business days. Laura also responded and apologize and informed me that Egoshoes was backed up due to Black Friday and as soon my item is in transit I will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. This has to be some kind of sick joke right? I am so done with this brand, and website. If I do not receive a tracking number by December 7, 2018 I am cancelling my order. I will never deal with Egoshoes again! At least be consistent with the lie and or what you say. Never again!!!
