We had the mast amazing 10 days in Egypt.
Egypt Day Tours would be the best tour company we have ever travelled with.
Maro (who organised all our travels) was outstanding..available 24 hrs, so helpful, knowledgable , compassionate and understanding of all our needs.
We were met at Cairo airport by Osama, an ultimate professional, and every thing was just beautifully organised.
All our hotels were first class, meals where applicable were excellent...
Our tour guides , the best. Special mention must go to Bessem and Dormer.The guides knowledge of Egypt and passion and love of their country was profound.
Thankyou Bessem for all the little extras...you went way beyond and left us with the most wonderful memories of the greatest cities and monuments of the ancient world.
Our highlights were...the Pyramids, Sphinx, Temples, Valley of the Kings
And the amazing Egyptian Antiquities Museum in Cairo.

Went with my friend and this is her input: On a whole it was an enjoyable trip however,it was a little dull how Egyptian local food which we had breakfast and lunch turned out to he from the same place (fast food)... not only that but there were a lot of costs not made known to us prior such as the additional amount for the mummies section and photography in the Egyptian museum.

Yes, Mina was helpful with information while Osama was not (who picked us up from the airport, we topped-up for a market where goods are made in China- not made known to us till we met our guide, Mina). The driver kept to himself but otherwise ensured our belongings on the car (clean inside and out, unlike many vehicles on the road) are safe. Though we were informed about the negative-tipping culture of Egyptians (or maybe just those in Cairo), we were still quite unprepared for the intensity of it as even the smallest of things such as a person showing an act of kindness to you, he/she would ask you for tips. This was a downside to one's experience of a country while travelling. Additional expenditure was also a headache for us as we are students with a limited budget and engaged an agency for safety reasons. Though we are aware that there would be extra costs when engaging a travel agency, prior knowledge of them would have been appreciated.

The guide and transport provided for our 5 day tour to Cairo & Luxor was great by Eygpt Day Tours. Our guide in Luxor Mr. Abudi was an excellent guide who made our stay there an excellent one. All the timing for the tour was spot on and also their arrangement for the hot air balloon ride.

Excellent support and well co-ordinated guides. We never faced any delay on visiting important place, everything is pre-arranged and well planned.
Can surely rely on this company.

The tour guide in egypt (Mina and Amir) were amazing, kind and patcient. Same with the guide in Jerusalem. I would do this again next year.

Our trip planner/ organizer, Mr. Ahmed Attar, was amazing in putting a great itinerary. We enjoyed the amazing landmarks of the ancient and modern Egyptian history. The trip was combined of both educational and fun in different parts of Egypt. The tour guides and drivers in Cairo, Alexandria and Aswan/ Luxor were knowledgeable and friendly. Areas of improvement were conveyed to Mr. Attar, while we were in Alexandria.

The provided lunch by our guide in Cairo, on both days, were not good choices. I experienced food sickness and was sick for 3 days.

Although we reserved a 5-star trip, the choice of hotels could have been better. The 5 stars hotels, except for Sharm El-Sheikh, were on the scale of 3-4 stars. Even the Nile Cruise, The Concerto, was an average 4-star ship and was definitely not a 5 stars. The room was smelly,the carpet was dirty, the sink was clogged and one of the cabinet doors was broken. However, the Concerto's ship's crew and service team were great and the food variety was amazing the 3 supplied meals.

I highly recommend Egypt Day Tour for anyone looking to visit Egypt. My advice to everyone to look into and profiling the choice of hotels and other facilities prior to making the final reservation.

I really enjoyed my tour. My guide Mohammed during the cruise was excellent as well as Naivin in Alexandria. The overall experience was great and Osama my rep was awesomebas well as Maro for putting it all together. Thanks a lot guys for everything.

Great tour company, highly recommended. Guide Amr brought us to visit the amazing sights (Pyramids and Old Cairo) and great Egyptian lunches were provided.

With only a week (including travel time), we wanted to experience both lower and upper Egypt. After looking at a number of companies offering seven-day tours, we decided to go with Egypt Day Tours after being impressed by the quick responses and detailed answers by Mr. Attarious, their International Sales Director.
Arriving in Cairo, we were met by Mustafa who ensured that we had all our luggage and visas and took us directly to the hotel. As planned, we were given rooms with great views of the pyramids which were an excellent “welcome” to Egypt. Regardless of the early hours of our various movements in and out of Cairo, Mustafa was always early to meet us and had all arrangements in place with a smile.
Taking Mr. Attarious’ advice, we asked for one guide to stay with us for the four days on the Nile River portion of our tour, and it made the experience all the better. We met up with our Upper Egypt guide Mohamed at the Aswan Airport and he remained with us till getting us on the flight back to Cairo from Luxor. Unfortunately, the cruise boat schedule apparently changed, which only allowed one full day in Luxor, but Mohamed quickly came up with an alternate itinerary that allowed us to still see all the desired locations and experience the Egyptian culture and hospitality. He was a pleasure to travel with, going out of his way constantly to ensure our family was enjoying the tour. His depth of knowledge as an Egyptologist was exceptional and we all enjoyed visiting each site and listening to his historical explanations of the sites and people at a level our children could easily understand. One additional site he took us to on the West Bank in Luxor, the Madinat Habu Temple, turned out to be my favorite. A true gem with no crowds, amazing architecture and still vibrant colours.
Our last day in Cairo, visiting the Giza Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum was guided by Samah. Samah also turned out to be an exceptional Egyptologist and tour guide, carefully explaining the historical background of the Giza Pyramids, tombs, solar boat and the Sphinx. Giza was capped by a fun camel ride, prior to heading off to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, she took us to the Egyptian Museum where we were walked through thousands of years of history and saw artifacts from the many sites we had visited over the past few days. Prior to heading back to the hotel, Samah took us to Khan El Khalili to shop for some items to take home to remember our visit to Egypt.
Overall a very busy week, which was made enjoyable by the outstanding representatives and guides of Egypt Day Tours. During the entire trip, we felt very safe and found the Egyptian people to be very gracious hosts.

We had very great tours, especially our tour guide in Cairo, Amr, was wonderful.
Nearly all was perfect, Salwa in Luxor also a good tour guide.
The cars were good.
All the visits we had booked and payed before were done, every time the giudes were in time.
Only the visits (not booked) in the papyrus and parfum factory were not necessary and not good

Egypt Day tours was amazing and I would definitely recommend this tour group to anyone traveling to Egypt. They tailored our tour package to fit our preferences and even offered helpful suggestions on how to best enjoy our stay in each city. From the moment we arrived at the airport, they were very professional and always on time. We particularly appreciated our guides Bassam and Osama who were very knowledgeable, accomodating, fun and funny! They always made sure that we had the best experience and we learned a lot about Egypt.

First off, I thought we missed our tour because we had a flight delay and we didn’t arrive at our hotel until an hour after our tour was scheduled. Mimmo and the tour guide were so gracious to do everything they could to accommodate our hopes and desires with the short time we had here! We had an incredible time riding the camels and seeing the pyramids! They were so sweet and friendly. We hope to come back to do a full day tour with them!!

My trip was tailor planned to meet my requirements and it was followed as agreed. I was welcomed at the airport, helped sort out the visa and transferred to my hotel in a nice car. All appointments were kept and on time. Information and guidance was provided at all times. The company ensure someone is with me even while waiting for my train to another destination. I visited Gizza, Akswan, Luxor, Alexandria and back to Gizza before travelling back. I will recommend the company to anyone wishing to use their services. I will also suggest to use the cruise option rather than the sleeper train. Overall an enjoyable trip. Thanks

Hands down best tour ever. We have travelled to many countries in Asia, Europe, North America and Africa. Without a doubt this was the best organized tour we have ever done. Mimmo was the best tour guide we have ever had. Maroo did a fantastic job putting together a stellar itinerary. Zero wasted time. Every stop was note worthy. The education we received on the Egyptian culture and history was fantastic!

Egypt Days Tours were great to work with on our visit to Egypt. They provided very prompt responses to our inquires through email and were waiting for us at the airport for shuttle service to our hotel when we arrived. We appreciated their professionalism in assisting us through airport customs on our arrival to Cairo, and for providing us with well educated, English speaking guides in Egyptology for tours of the pyramids and the antiquities museum. We were so impressed with their service that we scheduled an additional day of touring with them.

Egypt Day Tours was fantastic to work with from booking to in-the-moment while in Egypt. I was a solo female traveler looking to have all transfers and sightseeing prearranged so I could just show up and enjoy. My awesome guide in Cairo/Giza was Hesham, and the enthusiasm and details with which he showed me around the museum and pyramids were contagious. In Luxor, I was expertly guided by Shimiaa, who also shared many captivating details and very much indulged my quasi-obsession with the female pharaoh, Hatshepsut. Both guides were also willing photographers :). I came away from this trip being Egypt's biggest cheerleader! It's truly a one of a kind place that everyone should be so fortunate to spend time in at some point in their lives.
