Don’t waste your time. Scam and they over charge you. Good luck trying to get your money back

The site is a complete ripoff, using vulnerable men to make money. It does not show the amounts you have to pay, its all suggestive until you see the bill. They charge 6 to 12 months in advance, $160 for a dating site that has no one in your area or what your looking for. They have fake women that shows interest in you just to get you to signup, then they disappear from the site! There is no phone number or cancelation option, only email to get in contact with them. Mostly anything you buy anywhere has a 24hrs cancelation, where your money is returned infull or partial return! These blood suckers don't have any policy that returns any of your money no matter what, even if your show them the misconduct of thier site!!!!Do not use this dating site it is a complete ripofff, all you will achieve there is less money in your pockets! Class action suit from Canada is what is needed to get these immoral, blood suckers, scammers, fraudulent company to close permanently!

I would give eharmony no stars if I could. I have tried cancelling it many times. They said I have a two year contract so they still continue to bill me. I haven’t used their useless site in over a year. I am on a fixed income and can’t afford it. I’m a senior but they don’t care. It’s a money grab. That’s all it is. E-Harmany, you should be ashamed of yourself

I would give zero stars or a negative one if possible.
As a disappointed subscriber, I honestly can't recommend eHarmony. It's incredibly expensive for what you get, and the customer service is frustratingly unhelpful. The majority of profiles seem fake, and the site doesn’t even require or prioritize photo verification through SMS — which should be a basic step to ensure people are real.

I even tried adding a simple note to my profile asking that anyone who contacts me have their photos SMS verified, and eHarmony removed it. They wouldn’t even allow me to take that small precaution for myself. I've been using the platform for three months now (with three more to go), and in that entire time, I’ve only come across one verified profile.

It honestly feels like eHarmony is more focused on collecting subscriptions than providing a safe, genuine dating experience. They don’t seem to care about the quality of their platform or the authenticity of their users. I expected better.

The scammers are being blocked and removed.

There is no diversity whatsoever after you delete them.

I was able to meet someone with basically the same interests, beliefs and attitudes within a month. Great.
We met up on my bitrthday. She surprised me by showing up at the last minute.

Eharmony SUCKS. It is the most useless dating site. I have used out of many. It’s a total waste of money. There are only about four matches. I’m able to view at one time and 90% of men’s profiles. Don’t have pictures. A profile picture should be mandatory!
If I’m not interested in those four, I don’t get to see another potential match for a week or two.
Awful. Awful. Awful.

unlocking profiles is a problem thou.....

You should only have one memebership grade and it should be cheaper to use and get ?

i find eharmony easy to navigate. the info is shorty and clear. i just joined, haven't had a match yet but the members are very nice looking and appear to be of good character.

Don’t waste your time the matches are definitely not a match. Income based dating..

The eHarmony App is very well designed to guide you on your search for the special someone in your life. The ability to be able to see how a certain profile matches yours is of great help in your decision which way to go. I also like that there are no annoying pop ups that come not related to the type of person you are looking for, which I have seen on other dating apps. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star rating, is because when I used it on my laptop, the chatting part of this app at times would just freeze, after I finish writing my chat reply which is frustrating. But it always worked fine on my phone or tablet. Overall I recommend this app!!

this dating site has too man scammers and fake profiles and bots and not enough verification process to verifed to make sure the person is true and genuine. and the dating site is way to expensive and does not let you cancel with out paying the rest of your membership and no video chat option and to contact customer service you need to email them and they take 3 days to respond to your email. i did join in 2025 and not enough genuine members on here just a cash grab

I started with a strong vision and achieved initial success, but faced a setback that led to failure. Instead of giving up, I used the lessons from my mistakes to fuel my determination, and eventually, I rose again, stronger and more focused than before.

It is very easy to sign up

This is my 3rd try with eharmony and I have continued to have very negative experiences. The company Will not refund membership fee's and they fail to meet their promises. My first membership was when they first opened in Canada. I only received USA members. The second time was 5 years ago, I didn't get a lot of satisfactory matches and most of them didn't even have memberships. I gave them this last try due to friends encouragement as they met their significant others. Once again, I am matched with many men, most don't have pictures and they are not paid members. It's a waste of money and I haven't met anyone off this site. I strongly suggest that you DO NOT purchase a membership. I gave them 3 fair tries and I have consistently been disappointed and feel like I got screwed over.
