Sometimes you don't get a positive response for months. Out of the "Blue" you get someone decent to show interest in you. I am going for my 1st Coffee date after a long time.

Worst experience! This isn't a dating app to find a long term relationship! It's an app for horny old men expecting whores! If you don't give them sex right away, they lose interest. Disgusting!
And eHarmony.ca refuses to give me my money back, even though it's been only a week!

My experience with eHarmony is great because eHarmony is on top of everything. I noticed that they are very protective of their members by checking the validity of their members and they blocked those they think are scammers. eHarmony also continuously
follow up and advise their members. As a woman member, I feel safe being a member of eHarmony.

There are some fake or really inactive profiles, but there are some that are real. The membership is pricey but it's a good way to deter or weed out scammers.That is, only scammers willing to "invest" some money would dare/ endure to stay active.

I like it that you can already have an idea of where the members live, specially if you want to limit your search only in Canada (i.e.excluding American states that share the border with Canada) if proximity is a big deal for you.

It's pricey but I think it's better than others so far.

I am very pleased with this online dating platform so far. I am only giving it 4 Stars at the moment because I haven't found my soul mate yet...but when I do, I will give it 5 Stars.😉🤙

I paid for a year and not one date not enough people on this site and even when you delete profile this company hound you for money ....worst date app ever .... i thought paying to meet decent people might pay but in the end .... its not worth IT AT ALL beware and stay away from this app

Selection is what I expected. I prefer a partner who is more fun and more attractive then what I have been seeing. Not sure your selection program is picking up the right women for me

SCAM! Stay away. Just a money grab. No cancellation policies and signing up is not very clear. Costumer support spits out out side of cancellation policy even after 3 days.
Avoid at all costs.

Please know I don't like doing these but if it saves someone money and hassle, or if eharmony can tweak their platform then it's for good cause. Considering how much online hype there is about eharmony and how unique it is, that it's 'worth the money' (being it's one of the more pricier apps), I'm truly disappointed. The question set up at the beginning, is actually awesome but I didn't realize it'll only show you people based on your mutual answers in only a pre matching kind of way. I ALSO want the option of seeing other people outside of those answers because matching ''on paper'' is not everything. Also 50% of the profile ''matches'' I see have zero photos. As a female I'm not going to text with someone, let alone match with them, if I don't know what they look like or someone who's put no effort into their profile. When I wrote in asking for even a partial refund due to this, they said some just haven't gotten around to uploading photos or aren't comfortable with it. Practically, it makes dating easier with photos. And, it's a safety issue!! Other apps ask for photo verification in addition to requiring you to add at least 1 photo in order to complete and publish your profile. Lastly, their smallest option is a 6 month commitment and for that reason I expected a lot more. Not looking for bells and whistles, just dating app basics. No monthly "try it and see if I like it" option. Tinder offers 3 month min, Bumble, FB Dating and others are free and offer upgrades. I see no reason why users need to be locked into an app and if it's $50/month for 6 month min, what you deliver should meet what price you're asking users to pay. So I'm stuck paying for an app I'm not using and one that's not effective compared to others. This is not simply a price issue, it's a platform set up issue and honestly I wish I never signed up.
