I had to choose a star so I went with the lowest rating. After over 2 hours on hold an extremely rude man finally picked up and when I started speaking he said he only sold supplement plans he had to transfer me to advantage plans. I held another 1 1/2 hours a total of 3 1/2 hours and finally gave up. I called Reliance and the friendliest gentleman answered in less than 1 MINUTE!! Stay away from ehealth you're wasting your time. Make your first call to Reliance.
Ignore ehealth's reply. They don't have the reps name or my phone number to pull the call so they won't be doing anything. Look at all their other reviews.. extremely long hold times and rude reps. Not a reputable company.

Used to help last year waited approximately an hour and a half. Used ehealth again this year and waited approximately 4 and 1/2 hours and still never got an answer. Not acceptable with all the advantages of computers ai and voicemail someone could have at least taken my number and called me back. Call the different company to give me a quote and I waited approximately 10 minutes why?

At first I rated e.health high at enrollment, my ONLY experience with them. Found out there is NO doctor network (1 clinic, miles away), ONLY 1 hospital in my city, and NO CALL BACK from the ADVISOR during application process for a mistake which they blamed on Medicaid. After checking with Medicaid, found that not to be correct. I would think after 4 phone messages and a text during 2.5 days she SHOULD have returned my calls. Plan sounds good but recheck med/doctor providers and hospitals for billing where YOU live. Also, if you don't mind spending 2-3 more last minute frantic days calling last minute for help. They really rushed for survey review.

Everything went smooth and I was accepted by an insurance company. But after that they are calling me every day saying I haven't finished my application. After telling them I did and to stop calling me I had to block them.

The interface is confusing. It is cluttered and overwhelming.

The lady answering the phone put me thru to someone that wasnt in yet.I Left a message. She should have told me he wasnt in yet. Called again a few hours later and the same lady was very rude cause she told me that i had called already and put me thru to Shannon who didnt answer again. I had told him it was urgent. I decided to call BC/BS myself. Hours later i got a email that i should just call BC/BS. Someone could have just told me that to begin with and saved me hours on the phone and waiting around. I work 3rd shift and was losing sleep time over this. Would never ever use ehealth.

I tried this broker last year and they did a good job.
this year has been a trip I would not recommend to anyone. I talked to an agent and got signed up for a different insurance agency for 2026 and after some confusing sales attempts by what they called verifying agents at the end of the sale. I was so upset that I was ready to call some people some unfriendly names. The broker that signed me for 2026 gave me a number for me to reach out to him if I needed to or had any questions, but after leaving him several messages and him not calling me back I have given up on this Broker. I will never use them again in the future and do not recommend them.

Your representative was very helpful in helping me research a plan that covers my needs, along with the payment that meets my budget.

What made my experience on the telephone this morning an above and beyond excellent today, was the Agent, Ms. Lauren Mckelton, she was so very kind, caring, consideration, she listen very closely to my concerns and was very helpful, you see Lauren explain to me in a very kind way, why I was unable to qualify for any of those plans. But, with a very kind heart, she went above and beyond excellent, by looking up what was available in my area, helping me by finding numbers to companies that were in my area and encouraging me to contact other programs. Because of her kindness and help, it gave me verification of what kind of caring agents your company really have. For you see, my first time I called that agent wasn't helpful at all. But, this agent restored my faith, trust and appreciation for your company and alot of gratitude for her help today.
Thank both you and Ms. Lauren very much.

Emmaleigh was so helpful and knowledgeable about the process I needed to follow - With her help, I was able to later connect with my spouse and figure out the best plan for us.

Update: I finally spoke to a rep who helped. He said Edge browser was the issue. Switched to Chrome and it worked!
Website for comparing Advantage plans isn't working. You have NO IT Tech support to help. I put in my zip code, click on the button to bring up plans, and NOTHING HAPPENS. I call and the agents send a "link" with 3 plans. I click on a plan and get an error message, "Oops, we're having technical difficulties." NOBODY can help me!!!

I was at my wits end trying to figure all of this out. After showing interest on your web site, I was contacted the next day by one of your representatives named Riley. He was so patient, friendly and helpful in figuring out the whole process. He did not force any decisions on me, yet explained how different choices could affect me down the road. As a first time Medicare user I needed a lot of help sorting everything out. Hopefully everything works out smoothly as I’m waiting on my approval now.
The eHealth insurance agent that took my call went above and beyond to answer my questions, display patience, and care about the customer (me!). I was confused and nervous about picking a health insurance plan this year. The agent explained the process and answered my questions in a way that was simple to understand. I am very thankful for her help.

I was so upset and discouraged I had lost my job after 5 years and COBRA WAS 1250.00 a month no way I could do that. I have been crying for days not only have I lost my job but my insurance and I am so overwhelmed and stressed out I don’t know what I am going to do.

This is a RIP. I looked and their website is horrible. I am looking for Medicare D and they only showed 4 insurances. There are a lot more like 8 of them or more. DO NOT LOOK FOR THEM.

I spoke to an agent named Ron who I found to be very very helpful in choosing a plan.
I will admit before calling I went down on their website and done some of my own homework so I pretty much knew what I already wanted.
My plan sold out to another company who is not under contract with my care team so I had no choice but I feel like I got good service.
I know you can't please everybody but I feel like they did a good job with me.
So after this good experience I was diagnosed with a serious chronic condition and wanted to see what options were available for people with chronic conditions.
I went back and talked to ehealth and they left out some very important details on my new chronic condition advantage plan.
Like the fact that my medical has a $650 deductible which I cannot afford to pay so I guess I'll just do without my medication.
They made this plan sound like cotton candy and once I get signed up and knew what they were talking about cuz I sure didn't I wouldn't looked at it and it looks like I'm more like kill people with Connie conditions then help them.
So here's another good update where I took things into my own hands.
I went online the medicare.gov filled out a form that took me 2 minutes on my phone for RX help.
I'll give you got approved in a week and a half now I don't have to pay the deductible and I get help with my prescriptions note this is a plan through Medicare not the state.

My experience with E-Health was mixed. The web site was somewhat helpful, BUT when I called to asked for help and information, The person that I was talking to went through me giving all info to make a decision. After all that, pressured me into needing to enroll right then and there. When I told him that this call is only for help in making a choice. I was told to have a good day, and I told him that I will not be forced.
