We love our heater it was so easy to install and heats the room so well. We bought a second heater for another room!

These are the greatest wall heaters; effecient, no noise, low energy consumption, worth the price - especially when on sale around Christmas holidays and again during the summer! Six households in my neigbhood have bought one and often two after the positive experience from using the first one. Every staff member I have encountered are excellent: knowledgeable, courteous, efficient.

I recommended eheat to all my friends! Pretty much everyone I know except my ex-wife. Since she's Satan's sister, she doesn't need the heat. Prompt courteous service and such an incredible product, what's not to love?

This is the fourth heater that I have bought. I very pleased with the other 3.

Seriously love this wall mount heater... It was easy to install and is super streamlined on the wall. It seems to be heating very well. Highly recommended!

I have updated my experience to an average of 3 stars. To their credit, after my review, my heaters did come in a timely fashion, and eheat was really interested in contacting me and and working things out. They also refunded my taxes and shipping costs without me asking, as a show of good customer relations. Was my first experience an anomaly? perhaps. I just hope it was, and everyone's experience with eheat will be as smooth as my second time around when ordering.

SO FAR SO GOOD

TWO WEEKS LATER I SENT AN EMAIL ASKING WHERE ARE THEY? AND THEY SAID THEY WERE REALLY BEHIND ON THEIR ORDERS

OK I WILL GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT......

THEN I GOT A MESSAGE FROM THEIR SHIPPER SAYING IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON DECEMBER 24TH.

IT DID NOT COME. THEN I GOT THIS ON DEC. 26TH !!!!!!!!

THAT'S RIGHT, INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME A FEW MORE DOLLARS, THEY DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER!!!!!!!

THEN I CALLED ON DEC 27TH AROUND 2PM, AND WAITED 45 MIN. LISTENING TO THE WORLDS MOST ANNOYING ON HOLD MESSAGE OVER AND OVER.....

THEN I FINALLY GOT A PERSON, WHO I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH FOR 45MIN. WHO WENT TO THEIR SUPERVISOR FOR EVERY STEP.

THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. THEN 45 MIN. LATER SHE CALLED BACK. I WENT THROUGH 3 DIFFERENT CARDS FOR PAYMENT IN THE NEXT 45 MIN. AND SHE COULD NOT MAKE THEM WORK AND TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT AND I SHOULD CALL MY BANK TO FIX IT. THEN I GOT A MESSAGE FROM MY CARD FRAUD DEPT. SAYING EHEAT CHARGED ONE OF MY CARDS, CANCELLED THE ORDER 5 MIN LATER AND TRIED TO PUT IT THROUGH AGAIN ANOTHER 5 MIN LATER, AND AT THAT TIME THE BANK FROZE MY CARD AND I HAD TO SPEND 30 MIN. ON THE PHONE WITH THEM TO GET MY CARD UNFROZEN.
FINALLY I HAD TO PURCHASE THEM ALL OVER AGAIN ONLINE.WILL THEY COME? TIME WILL TELL. WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW IF ANYTHING GOOD HAPPENS.

I have 2 Envi heaters, both work great including low cost. Would recommend.

Based on the testimonials, I decided to give eHeat a try. I have an older home built during the oil shortage in the 1970's with no central heat burning wood at the time. Currently I burn direct vent heat and log burning stove Propane heaters to heat the house and it is still cold in here in the Winter burning over 1,500 gallons of Propane a season. I hope this will help reduce that usage. Crossing my fingers!

This is my 4th heater I got through eheat/envi. This most recent one seems even better as it appears they upgraded this model a little bit. The top is slightly different looking and it seems more powerful than my other ones (the room heats up faster than the other 3 I have). I got a good deal for the price, it is energy efficient, and I would recommend this item to others.

Best heater ever. Everything they say about them is true; very efficient, silent, low profile and totally dependable. We have purchased 3 and our neighbor has 8 ( her house is two story, 23 feet tall and wide open. She, too, is completely satisfied.

Love the product, this is my second one

I Have been using Envi heaters since their conception. I have replaced my large baseboard heaters with these. Much better air/temp control as my wife had ailments and conditions that required a more controlled environment. Older ones still in use, just upgrading to the new version for comparison.

I just ordered a new heater for the bathroom. I have one heater that I have been using in the garage & it works so well I ordered a second for another under heated room. These are safe around pets & children!
Also I have not noticed any increase in my electric biil with these!
