Hello Michelle,
Firstly, we are sorry to hear of your concern prior to Christmas, which can already be a stressful time. Over the Christmas period we advised all customers to place orders, for guaranteed Christmas delivery, by the 15th of December due to heightened demand and possible delays.
Your order for the 'Air Jordan 1 Triple White Mid' was placed on the 18th of December. Your order was then dispatched on the 22nd of December via DHL Express in order to ensure Christmas delivery. They then arrived with you on the 24th of December, prior to Christmas.
We apologise for not communicating the expected delivery of your order to you however, we are glad they reached you in time for Christmas day.
We hope you decide to shop with us again.

Where are my trainers?
It was nearly 4 weeks ago I ordered my sons Christmas present which are trainers costing £249 and I’ve sent 3 emails and have had no reply back, I’ve had no tracking number or any information about the delivery, there’s no contact number, could you please check your emails, I’m concerned I’ve lost this money, I can’t afford to buy another main present and it’s 13 days to Christmas

I would like to update my review now, a week ago I put a concerned comment on their Facebook page and amazingly I received my first email literally within a minute of posting it! And it wasn’t the friendliest of emails but at least they gave me a tracking number, and they arrived literally 3 days before Christmas! So my son is very happy, but I must say it was a very stressful time for me, so EEheat please read your emails and communicate better with your customers.

First of all, we'd like to apologise for the lack of communication via email. We faced an ongoing issue with our email catch-all, meaning many emails sent to our primary email were not received. This issue with our email is now resolved. Following your Facebook comment and message, we replied the same day, providing your tracking information. However, we again apologise for this lack of communication via email.
Regarding your order, your order was placed on the 29th of November before being dispatched on the 4th of December. Tracking shows DPD attempted delivery three times on the 5th, 6th and 7th of December before holding your package in your local Crawley DPD depot until the 17th of December, when you requested it be sent to your local pickup shop, via the DPD app using your tracking number. From there, they were picked up by yourself on the 21st of December, from your local pick up shop.
Once again, we'd like to apologise for the lack of communication via email. We hope you decide to shop with us again, so we can demonstrate the quick service we are known for.
