Eight Sleep Reviews 

So far so good. Using Eight Sleep now for ~ 2 weeks and can already record a significant improvement in sleep quality.

Pretty hooked on this mattress. The best investment I’ve made it provides all this data that my Oura ring also does, I have just really optimize my sleep with all the temperature control. It’s amazing to have the hot setting when I’m on my period, it’s also amazing when I’m overheating to have the cooling effect. This goes beyond just the standard idea of what a mattress is utilized for!

My sleep is already so much better! I don't wake up hot in the middle of the night, and waking to the vibration and warmth rather than a jarring alarm is amazing!

Love it so far. Only had it a couple of weeks.

I was never able to get my Eight Sleep to activate. It refused to sync, after hours of troubleshooting over many days (and I'm relatively tech-savvy). Ended up returning it mid-August.

It is great experience that I can get my body stats when I am sleeping.
And it is very accurate.

TBH, it may be something I should have thought of. But the Pod doesn't work well with a Tempurpedic bed (Tempurpedic needs body heat to form). There are a lot of these memory foam mattresses out there, so it would be good for Eight Sleep to add that to a questionnaire before purchase, to save returns/bad customer experience. Then, draining the mattress topper is *really* hard. But I do appreciate the Eight Sleep team was easy to work with on the logistics aside of that. Just felt bad to return something that I probably shouldn't have purchased in the first place.

I thought this might be an expensive gadget that I didn’t really need.. After one month I wish I’d bought it years ago. Bed temperature is perfect. The alarm is basically a warm hug!

I’ve had an incredible journey from the first pod all the way through the most recent pod five. And super impressive with the continual Evolution and improvement. I needed help a few times with connectivity in a couple other minor mostly user issues not product related. And the team has been incredible. Highly recommend this product in the experience with the entire. Sleep Eight team!

I am sleeping better than I have in years. I'm better able to stay asleep and am not having nearly the heat management issues I have had on the past.

Fantastic product, helps improve quality of deep and REM sleep significantly!

Premium price but not a premium package

Sleep Eight is so amazing.
You should use this especially if you have a cold or hot hands and feet. Make you so comfortable for the whole sleep

Consistant and reliable data. Similar data w/ my Apple Ultra Watch. Love it!

Interesting technology, but if anything my sleep quantity and quality has declined. Some of it relates to me waking up because I’m either too warm or too cold, as well as the subtle vibration of the cover. I imagine it’s helpful for some people, and more time may prove helpful to me, but for me to justify the cost it would have to be truly life-changing. I just can’t imagine it rising to that level for me.

Eight Sleep has really been a wonderful purchase and the customer service has been outstanding. It has really improved my sleep.

Water cooling is not working

Very prone to leaking. I had two covers, both leaked in 2-3 years time frame. When it's working, it is great.
