I freaking love this thing. It's the best purchase ever; I've never had a bad night of sleep, and everything is so well. Sometimes I get way too cold, and autopilot doesn't adjust to my body temperature, and it's really annoying to get up because it's cold. but more cold then hot.

It’s a great addition to our sleep experience

I like the product, but the AI and metrics are not well articulated. Very helpful for someone who doesn't have central air, but my older pod isn't reliable as an alarm, and I can't understand what the autopilot does, and it doesn't seem like the company can explain it well.

I have had my pod for several years. Unfortunately, the cover gave all she had. The team was extremely helpful and patient as we problem solved every opportunity to get her up and running. The customer service and support was outstanding. They were even kind enough to discount a new cover.

Since using the pod, I have had some of the best sleep I've had in years! I use to wake up multiple times a night sweating. It's great being able to customize each side of the bed, as I like it to be cold and my wife likes the bed warm

8 Sleep has worked flawlessly since purchase. The bed's temperature is always correct for both my wife and I.

Stop tracking and selling sleep data on users. You have a great product. Your privacy policy is terrible. I just want to own your product. I don’t want my personal information to be used and sold.

I love how it's automated and always improving. The quality of my sleep has drastically improved.

This system has changed mine and my husband’s lives! We sleep so much better and miss it when we travel. I’m going through perimenopause and I don’t wake up sweating in the middle of the night anymore. Customer experience was great. I financed through affirm and there was a minor mistake in the pricing. I got on the chat and a refund was issued the same day. Highly recommend this product and company.

I bought the first cooling Pod 1 Eight Sleep sold, so I've seen how far their product has come. It's a great product I can't sleep without and their support has always helped me when needed.

I love this product! While it’s expensive, it has made me sleep so much more comfortably. I wake up much less at night and generally feel more rested.

My one complaint is I sleep with my dog who snores and it picks up her snoring as mine, but it’s small when you think how much my sleep has improved overall.

Great product. My sleep quality has improved. Also great for keeping comfortable with temperature extremes. Sleep metrics are helpful.

We love our Eight Sleep. We’ve been using it for many years. It has helped give us a more restful sleep. We would highly recommend this product.

I’m getting used to it

Since September 2025 when we bought the bed which we love, I have received daily memos of my sleep by SMS. Today when I reached out as they stopped three days ago, I was told that because I live in Canada that I cannot receive the memos. This seems slightly ridiculous since I’ve been receiving it for six months without a problem.

Awesome idea but product doesn’t last. I have had to replace my cover 3x in 4 years.

Sleep temperature has always been a factor and it plays into comfort. Eight Sleep was a game changer for me. I finally found myself feeling like I had the solution to my challenge of being too hot to sleep well. I have never been happier with my sleep comfort. Cool sheets and cool pillow is a win and I sleep better.

This bed changed my sleep and health so much
It taught me what stops me from snoring, it literally lets me know when I’m getting sick if I pay close enough attention & it even made me make an appt with a cardiologist due to some readings I was getting
I would have never made that appt or known I had a minor issue that needs to be watched had it not been for my AMAZING BED! I’ve had this bed for almost 7 years now and I will NEVER not have an 8 sleep bed ever again!

My Pod stopped cooling properly. The Eight Sleep Support Team worked with me patiently until the problem had been completely solved and the Pod is now working perfectly (and brilliantly) once again.
