Having worked at one place for 20 years, finding a new job outside this was scary. However Scarlett reached out to me and matched me with a local position which I am due to start. I can honestly say Scarlett has been amazing, a non pushy approach and a genuine sense of care for you finding a job, (your not just here to earn them commission they actually care) Scarlett helped me from applying to interview and even after securing the position the support is amazing.

I cannot recommend Eileen Richards enough they genuinely want to help you succeed and find work that’s suited to you. Thank you all and especially Scarlett Canavan you are a credit to your company

I had Sarah and she was so lovely and professional. I was so nervous for my first interview, Sarah called me just before and just had a chat about things which helped calm my nerves and I aced the interview :)

Every step of the process was smooth, supportive and put you at ease. Sarah Knight and the team kept me updated every step of the way. Getting the job you most want can be a daunting process but with ER that wasn't the case at all and I'd definitely recommend them very highly
