Terrible Company!!! Beware!!!

This company’s customer service is non-existent. I had an issue with being locked out of my account. I emailed them for 3 weeks and the problem was never resolved. I then tried to cancel my subscription as I was being charged and still had no access to my account. I never received a return email. I had to cancel my credit card to get the charges to stop. I’m very disappointed that Simon Hill endorses this company. They’re thieves. Do not do business with them.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this…

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company. I encourage you to read the handful of reviews of other frustrated customers who have found everything about this “company” lacking. I have reached out via email several times over the past 2+ months. I have tried to send Instagram messages all of which are instantly removed regardless of the text (eg “what is the soy used in this product? What type of modified starch is used in this product? My bottle had fewer capsules than advertised…..you get the idea).
I have even reached out to vegan-influencer and chief medical advisor Simon Hill via email and his social media - zilch….not establishing a lot of confidence, frankly.
It is obvious Eimele does not value their customers. What a disappointment. I submitted a report to the BBB and encourage other customers to do the same. It may seem drastic, but it’s the only way to hold these questionable companies accountable for the products and services they hawk in the US.

Initially I was a fan of the product

Initially I was a fan of the product - had a subscription for essential 8 for many months. I then cancelled it for a short period - when I went back to reactivate it, it said $69 each month as in the past. No mention at all that they have decided to add $15 on top so about 20% of the product worth each month to have it delivered. They took this from my bank account - I emailed multiple times to zero response. Customer service is literally non existent. I liked the product but there are many cheaper alternatives around and no reason at all to support a business like this .

Poor experience - don't bother

Order placed September 12 and to date has not been received. Nil shipping updates, emailed twice attempting to get a status on the order and have not heard back.

Cancelled my subscription and will dispute the transaction with my bank.

Overall a very poor experience.

I have been charged shipping on a…

I have been charged shipping on a subscription after never being charged previously. No communication from the team after multiple contact attempts. Also trying to cancel my subscription seems impossible it's hidden on the website.
Great vitamins, not sure they ate worth the grief though.

Poor shipping process/service

Very poor shipping process/service. Had to chase up my order after no sign of shipping confirmation after 5 days (requesting an eta). Apparently a system error, then promised 1-2 working day delivery time once dispatched... then took a further 5 days to be dispatched (dispatched the same day I request it be cancelled and a refund made, as I still hadn't heard anything)...and now Australia Post finally received it quoting an additional 9 days to be delivered. Every time I try to order these products it seems to be difficult and frustrating. Would prefer to buy from a store in Perth.

Allow a long turn around time for your products.

Great Product, Disgraceful Customer Service

I have been a customer on subscription for some time now and have had no complaints. However, my usual monthly payment was made at the start of last week and unlike all other occasions, I did not receive confirmation of shipping and order still remains ‘unfulfilled’. I have contacted the customer service team by email without response. I direct messaged on Instagram without response. I left a comment on a recent photo, and this again did not receive a response, although they did report and remove the comment. I am left out of pocket, without the items that have been paid for and with a business who is ignoring me. Despite having a great product, the customer service has been nothing short of disgraceful. This is consistent with other recent customer reviews. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend it.

I love love love your products

I love love love your products. I especially love the metabolism + coffee. I am a coffee drinker and know I should stop at 3 cups and it's hard for me, but now I can drink your coffee and it's delish and caffeine free and full of good additions. It's become part of my every day! I also love the essential Rainbow. It's a superfood and it add balance to my life when I can't eat all my essential greens.

Can be improved

I like the product but I have been experiencing an issue with my deliveries for quite some time. Over the past year at least half of my orders contained 59 instead of 60 capsules, which is extremely frustrating and I just don't understand how this happens.

Worthest customer service

I ordered something online,later someone sent me a box included over 600 dollars products l didn't order, I want to return them,l email the customer centre,5days later someone email me told me investigate this case, another 5days later asked my details, another 5days later email me some attachments,ask print and paste them on the box ,later someone will pickup,I don't have printer,l have ask someone helps me to get the label, next day the box has been picked up, until now nobody tell me, they get the box or not, nobody say anything to me for l have done but I should not do,l have been to Australia over 10 years,this is worthest customer service l never meet.

Poor Customer Service

Just like another review, I have sent multiple emails to this company (only way to contact them) with no response. I even sent a DM on Instagram and they responded with only the email address. I had a weird thing happen to my account/subscription, and the last order I received arrived damaged and no response when I emailed for each issue a few times. I like the product but do not like the customer service which to me showcases that they do not back their product if they cannot help their customers when there are issues.
