My story is exactly like everyone else here. Bogus tracking number, fake 'delivery' made - with my 'signature'. They told me it takes 15 to 25 business days for my refund to get to me. I waited and on the 25th day emailed them again and got the same bullshit story. They 'understand' how frustrating it is to wait for a refund. I just copied and pasted the BBB review and every one of these reviews on this site and emailed it to them daring them to deny any of it.
At one point, I did get a small refund from them back in early February as a compensation for the delayed delivery.
Lesson learned, but I will haunt these a$$holes.

F. Stands for FAIL and you should never do business with them, the F-forget this company. And every other 4 letter word that starts with F. They are a scam, based out of China.

Should be zero stars for a scam company. Never got the hoodies. No response from emails. Bogus tracking#.
Should have known something was wrong when each hoodie was $4.95. Then they charge $10.00 for shipping. $20.00 buying online scam.

Did not receive my order and they wouldn't refund me. SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Would have given zero if that was an option

I was ordered from Instagram (which I will NEVER do again) and I was trying to order sharkpaws and it turns out that it was actually Eivros. I never received my orders and never got my refunds. It's been almost 3 months and they still have not/will not send me my money and there's really nothing that I can do about it. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not order from this company!!!

I'm still waiting for my Black Friday items to arrive. They sent it twice and then offered me a 50% and then 70% refund. After 3 months I gave up and accepted the 70% refund. Then crickets, no refund. No returning emails. Just another SCAM ruining people's life.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Just like most people here, I was scammed out of $50. They copied Sparkpaws very well. Tracked the package for a month and it never came. Never got a response either. i was so excited for my order too.

I thought i was ordering from spark paws products on sale. I made 2 separate orders and the payments were under 2 different names on my credit card. I have pictures and proof, 2 months later they say the packages were delivered but they weren't, they wouldn't send my products or my mk ey back and eventually they just started responding with genwric messages. They were from china, the tracking was from sf chang, i got scammed and lost my money

Company impersonated SparkPaws. Similar to the other reviews, I ordered in december and the receipt came from eivros, claiming a UPS 3-day delivery. I tracked it over a month and it said delivered January 21. It was never delivered. Every time I chat, it takes them a day to respond. They want to give a 70% refund. Spark Paws is also looking into a formal complaint. Report them to Federal Trade Commissions and Better Business Bureau.

Ordered from sparkpaw. Came from eivros. Said package was delivered.
Contacted the company that advised to check with the post office as they are unable to issue a refund.
Went to post office where they verified that it was a fake tracking #. I contacted the company again and let them know it is fake and asked about a refund again. Since it is over 30 days, I am unable to report fraud on my credit card. They said they are resending it. Checked the tracking # which can not be found.

Ordered a website that I thought was sparkpaws. Received emails from eivros.com. got a Chinese tracking number that said my item was delivered on the 10. Never received a delivery. Company won't respond to emails.

Would give ZERO stars. Company is copying "spark paws" (online dog clothing with matching clothing for owners). Once I went through with a purchase, the email receipt came up as "eivros". My original order date was Novemeber - my package said delivered on tracking site when it wasn't, they said they would reship... second package also said delivered but wasn't. I was patient with the postal strike. Now they are trying to say the will refund me 70% of my order. Also shows up on my credit card as "AWX fashion clothing". I thought okay maybe a dupe site, but clearly just a scam. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Horrible, just horrible!!! Wish I could give them zero stars.
Apparently I was duped too into thinking I was getting something for my dog.
Their tracking site is a joke too! Does not give any information whatsoever.

I'd give no stars if possible. SCAM SITE. It cloned spark paws site exactly & ran an Instagram ad. The link goes to this site. Wish I would have noticed but I was too excited about the deal. I got a confirmation but I saw someone on the BBB site that they act like they shipped & according to their records it's delivered. Then you have to click links & make calls so they can get access to banking info & computer. Glad I'm only out of $20.
