DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order on March 28th and contacted them on 4/5 because I had not received a tracking number yet. I received a response that it was shipping on 4/9. So by 4/12 I never received a tracking number for shipping so I contacted them via email. They responded by sending me an email that I will now receive store credit because my items are now unavailable! I will never use them again so their store credit needs to be turned in to a complete refund. Again DO NOT USE this site for vape orders.
Avoid. Worst experience.
eJuiceDB is a dropship company. They split my order into two shipments I presume from two different vendors behind the scenes. I received the first shipment (pods) but for the second shipment (eliquid) the vendor created a shipping label the next day but in 3 weeks never shipped the order. I contacted eJuiceDB five times over a three week period but it did not help as they just told me to wait a little longer. The first time I asked for a refund they never responded. The second time I asked for a refund they didn't respond for four days but finally offered only store credit (for more eliquid I probably would not receive). No thanks. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges for the second shipment I never received.
Totally screwed up orders
Not only did my order take longer than they advertised but they sent me someone else's items. The outside package had my name and address so of course I opened my own mail. Upon inspection of the paper work I noticed someone else's name, address, and order number. Which now means that person won't be getting their order either.
So, while having to wait longer, then receiving the incorrect order, also not giving me my money back when I emailed them with issues I was already having. eJuiceDB will no longer receive any business from me.
Inconsistent and misleading information on website
I have spent almost $1800.00 for vaping supplies from this company over the last two years from my personal account alone. Order before last was 2 weeks late, at least in part due to the time it took the company to get my order to the shipper. I gave them another chance, and this order hasn't arrived after two weeks. The company blames the shipper, but my online account with the shipper shows that eJuiceDB.com routinely gets my orders out only after significant in-house delays. I emailed the company and was sent a timely response that basically said there was nothing they could do. I will take my patronage elsewhere.
I love this company
I love this company, I've never had a single issue and all orders are shipping for free. They ship fast, yes you might get more than one package if you order from mulitple vendors but what vape supply doesn't order from other companies, literally all of them do. This is one of the fastest shipping companies in the industry and I have found them to be just about the best you can get in terms of ease of ordering plus they carry my favorite juice for less than half what retail on the actual company's website is.
