Really great service from EKO, a very professional no fuss or mess job. Really happy with my wood burner and would highly recommend this company.

This is our 2nd time of using Eko Installations to install a log burner (different house!). Dale & his team were extremely helpful with initial advice in meeting our need to replace an old gas fire whilst retaining the old features of the fireplace and surround as much as possible. They worked efficiently and tidily and the stove was installed in the timescales and looks as if it’s always been there – perfect fit! Had Dale and his team install our Morso wood burner over the past few days. Tricky one with the height of the ceiling and a couple of up lighters in the hearth .
But all went well and very pleased with the result .

Eko installations have fitted two wood burning stoves for us over the past year or so, and in both instances have been a pleasure to deal with and have been very accommodating with our requests. We were able to source our own stoves, something not every installer allows. The quality of the installation was faultless and the installers were lovely. Strongly recommended if you are looking for reliable company with great service.

These guys are brilliant! Nothing was too much bother, and additional work was carried out upon request without hassle. They turned up when they said they would, and did a fantastic job all round. We now have, in actuality, what we envisaged at the start and are super happy - especially to get it installed before Christmas which was a real bonus! We live in a very old property and we've had issues with our fireplace for some time. We contacted Eko Installations initially for advice on our traditional fire place. They came out twice and after long discussions on the options available we settled on having a log burner installed.

The team are excellent, super knowledgeable, they presented the options to us and there was certainly no pressure to proceed.

The removal of the old fire place was messy but they left our house extremely clean and tidy.

We now have a lovely log burner that has transformed our room and I can't thank them enough!

What a wonderful locally based business to deal with! Everything progressed so smoothly and efficiently from initial meeting to completion. Great advice from Dale and Joe who communicated with us throughout as we have never had a log burner before.
Danny and Shaun were brilliant during installation. Arrived on time and explained everything they were doing as they progressed. Work was completed in 2 days as promised and despite the terrible wet weather they still persevered and got up on the roof to the chimney!
They also left everything neat and tidy.

Having never owned a wood burning stove before we were keen to get the best stove for the room, installed in accordance with all relevant regulations and with minimum disruption. We reached out to several potential suppliers and settled on Eko Installations as they checked all the necessary boxes. During the initial survey Eko Installations explained the process that would be followed, the works necessary (external and internal), the sequence of events, expected timescales and price. Eko Installations then captured all the relevant facts in a detailed written quotation.

As the work involved the removal of an existing gas fire and tiled surround, we couldn’t determine the final size of the opening and hence were unable to select an appropriately sized stove. Eko Installations solved this catch-22 problem by splitting the installation, allowing the initial works to be carried out early to open up the chimney and fit the hearth which in turn allowed us to confirm the exact sizes needed to select and order the stove.

Final commissioning took place in mid-October 2023 and Eko did an exceptional job.

Throughout the entire process Eko Installations displayed a high degree of professionalism and flexibility and it has been a pleasure dealing with Dale and his team - it is refreshing to work with a company that are truly customer focused and who do what they say, when they say they will do it. They remained engaged throughout the entire process and were happy to take calls, respond to emails or attend onsite as appropriate.

Based on our experiences with Eko Installations I have no hesitation in recommending them.
