Wonderful experience from Charles the sales who spent time discussing types of doors and glass to fit my requirements nothing to much trouble and didn’t rush any decisions.
The fitter who came to fit the doors was so professional and did a super job I would definitely recommend this company to anyone

Excellent from start to finish, Kev came out to see us 1st, no pushy sales tactics and excellent advice. We were happy with the price and decided to proceed, our fitter Matt was brilliant, neat and tidy, very happy with our new windows and doors

Do not have good Customer Care never reliable don't kept to appointments never answer the phone stop wasting people's time instead of taking their money. Never ever give them your Card details always pay by Bank Transfer however small the amount they are thieves and store your bank details and don't think twice of taking money from your account without letting you know this Company should be not allowed to Trade

I had all my windows and doors done and a new roof on my bay window. The guys were efficient and helpful and even accommodating changes to my order after the survey. The delightful three people who fitted the 9 windows were efficient, polite and tidy. They worked from 9am until 3.30pm seemingly without a break..they certainly refused tea/coffee breaks. The windows and the two doors have really enhanced my home, and I am so glad that I answered their Facebook page. I would totally recommend them to anyone in our part of the world who want an affordable, reliable and trustworthy company yto work with. We had our full house of windows replaced in Sheffield and the two teams that attended were first class. Matt the surveyor explained the process and we were at complete ease from start to finish. We must mention Mick who was lovely with our daughter throughout which isn’t easy with all the disruption. I love my shinny new windows that have transformed our property and we also feel we got value for money

Absolutely rubbish from start to finish. Got the leaflet man knock in April so gave number for quote, didn't turn on time then refused to do quote as my husband wasn't in so rearranged, he didn't even jot it down which made me suspicious, I was then rang again to rearrange and i told them you've already booked us in..he turned up did the quote and an arranged date for installation for Aug, said we would get the documents emailed to us within 24hrs..3 days passed still no email, couldn't get hold of anyone, eventually they texted me saying his wife was in hospital so that's why they was a delay..next day we got the email. In the meantime I had 2 calls from them to confirm we were still OK for them dates. Installation date came no one turned up. Website now down and phones not answering and mail box full so couldn't leave a message. I rang and rang eventually someone answered and said they had no idea about us or our arrangements, they said they wud contact the owner and get bk to me...waiting all day rang again no answer then eventually someone answered and said they had us down for following week. So I asked to cancelled and get our deposit bk that we paid back in April..they said they would ring back..still awaiting that call!

Couldn’t recommend Ekoglaze more. Professional team who have done a professional job.
