The company has great custom options
The company has great custom options, color choices and designs. Once I chose what pattern and colors the, website double checks it will fit your make and model. I had issues with some other company on the fit from another company. Once order was placed and started. Time frame was really good, being that the covers are custom made. The installation took a little bit of work, but everything was a great fit. I did take some pictures of some certain issues I would have like to see done differently and they seemed like they were interested and would look into it.

Disappointing experience, Company reputation
I am overall disappointed with my experience with EKR seat covers. My brother recommended them, so I was excited to try them, but the experience quickly became frustrating.
The ordering process was confusing from the start. I received the order confirmation email after the package had already arrived. When it did arrive, I spent quite a while looking for any EKR branding on either the packaging or the seat covers themselves, but I couldn't find the EKR logo anywhere, which made me question whether I had received the correct product.
The quality of the seat covers was also disappointing, especially for the rear seats. The material and fit did not meet my expectations for the price.
The biggest issue, however, was the installation. These covers are much more involved than typical seat covers, and there were no installation instructions included. Even members of my family who are car enthusiasts commented on how unusually difficult they were to install. I contacted customer service for assistance, but instead of providing helpful guidance or installation resources, the representative only offered a few generic troubleshooting suggestions that did not resolve the problem.
When I eventually requested a refund, I was told that because the covers had been installed, I could return them but the return would likely be denied—even though the covers were still in excellent condition. This was frustrating because there is no practical way to determine whether these seat covers fit properly without installing them first.
To make matters worse, I was offered a $30 goodwill refund that I never received. After that, the company stopped responding to my messages altogether.
Based on my experience, I would recommend exercising caution before purchasing from EKR. If you do decide to buy their seat covers, be aware that installing them may make it very difficult to obtain a refund if they don't fit or meet your expectations.

However, in order to determine whether the issue is related to the installation, the vehicle configuration, or the seat cover pattern, our technical pattern specialists need to see the actual fitment on your vehicle.
We sincerely ask if you could reconsider sending us a few photos or a short video. Our technical team can often identify the issue precisely from the images and provide the correct installation guidance.
If, after reviewing the photos, we determine that there is indeed a pattern or fitment problem, we will arrange the appropriate solution, including remaking the affected parts or replacing them if necessary. All of our custom seat covers are backed by a 2-year warranty, and we are committed to making sure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

I do like that my seats are now covered…
I do like that my seats are now covered and protected. The back seat bottom had some straps that I don’t think were right. The fit could look better with the straps if it had what was shown in the directions. I emailed with my concerns but no rely back. I even left the seat unlatch for about a week thinking someone would respond back. Not to happy about that aspect.
