It took a little longer than expected…
It took a little longer than expected to ship, but I believe it was made after the order so not bad. When I checked on shipping I recieved a very quick response. I can't believe how well the seat covers fit. Pretty sure I will be purchasing another set for my car. Update - after having the covers installed for several weeks it's impossible to tell them from the original Honda leather seats. Very high quality.

I have had Katzkin leather seats put in 3 of my cars. EKR seat covers match the quality of those seats by a friction of the the price and quicker to get and install and look just as good. I would recommend EKR to anyone I have bought two seats and about to purchase a 3rd set as a gift.

Excellent product. Mediocre customer communication. Unable to view final product after order, and since there are so many variations, I wasn't sure what I was getting until it arrived. They appeared to be well made and were not extremely difficult to install.

The seat covers are beautiful
The seat covers are beautiful. My only problem with the back covers that nobody is wanting to really put on for me because they have to remove the backseat which I didn’t realize. Making back I should’ve just purchased the front seats, but they are beautiful.

My Seats took almost 3 months to be delivered also my driver side bottom cover ripped during installation. Didn't want to wait another 3 months for a return. If that would be replaced it would be nice. Other than that good design. Nice straps and professional fit. Even though it was a 3 month wait the customer service lady handed my frustration very professionally and listen to my concerns. Other than the ripped bottom driver seat good quality. No place to attach pictures.

Factory Appearance
An EXCELLENT, HIGH QUALITY product, marred only by a couple rough headrest cutouts and the poor fitment of the center console cover.
Future purchases are in order, as the selection of fabric and stitching colors lend themselves well to a beautiful COORDINATED FACTORY APPEARANCE. The typical first reactions regarding our installation are, "that's not factory?" when told they are aftermarket seat covers.
While the center console may provide installation issues, this cover's problem could easily be rectified if the ENTIRE underside had an elastic cover sewn into it, allowing for a glove-like non-slip fitment. As provided, the single narrow underside mid-placed elastic band is completely insufficient, as it allows the cover to slide forward off the cushion.
We are requesting a console cushion replacement that incorporates our suggestions. Thank you, in advance.

The single narrow elastic band at the center underside cannot hold the cover securely in place, which makes it slide forward off the cushion easily. Sewing full elastic edging across the entire underside would create a tight, non-slip glove fit as you described.

The value that was offered was appealing enough to make me consider trying the product. EKR was not the most or least expensive option, but i decided to try them as the process of selection was straight forward, the description of the quality was fair, and the price is what I expected. Installation was not as easy as described (Never is), and the installation tool was smaller and different from the one on the installation video (A longer tool with a hook would greatly help installing), but I made it work and am happy with the results. My youngest son said that "The seats look like they came that way", which is the best compliment you can get, and he is hard to please. I've had the covers for a little over a month, so too soon to say how they wear, but they look great, feel great, and protect my seats. So far so good and I would recommend and buy from EKR again.
