We also fully understand your trouble with the third-row seatbelt buckles sinking down and being hard to reach after installing the covers. To fix this issue, you can slightly pull the fabric around the buckle openings tighter and tuck the extra material firmly under the seat base to hold the buckles in place; alternatively, you can use small fabric clips to secure the surrounding cover fabric so the buckles won’t slide down again.

If the above method does not work well for you, please share a few photos of the third row installation area, and we will walk you through a more targeted adjustment step-by-step via email. We will follow up closely to resolve this inconvenience for you.

Sorry for the trouble you experienced—that’s not the kind of experience we want for any customer.

For the headrest covers specifically, if they don’t fit, it usually comes down to a pattern mismatch or installation direction issue. Either way, under our 2-year warranty, we can absolutely help you with a free remake or replacement parts after we verify the issue.

A few important points to clarify:

We do have a California-based office/operations support (LA area) in addition to overseas production, so response times may vary depending on department and time zone.
Email response timing can sometimes appear early/late from your perspective due to time differences, but support is active and monitored.
Phone support may not always be available immediately, which is why we rely heavily on photo/video verification through email to resolve fitment issues correctly.

Once we confirm, we can:

Reissue correctly sized headrest covers, or
Arrange a full remake under warranty if needed

We do stand behind our craftsmanship, and when something doesn’t fit, we treat it as a production correction—not something the customer should be stuck with.

For the material concern, our leatherette is designed to be durable and easy to clean, but we understand that personal comfort preferences may vary.
