Slow Customer Service and Poor Communication on Returns
My last set of EKR seat covers were so nice that I wanted to order a set as a gift for my mother. The ordered arrived on schedule. However I found that the color did not match her car. I began the return process with required excessive back and forth with customer service u til they sent me a return label after nearly 2 weeks for emails. Another 2 weeks have passed and I have received notification updates from EKR on the return status or a refund of my money. Very disappointed in the customer service and communications.

Looks OEM Quality
Purchased these for a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek and I'm blown away at how great they look, especially the front seats. One improvement on the front, add an inch or two to the webbing length, sucks straining to pull both straps so they meet, then attempting to put a 1/4" of strap end into the buckle. The rear seat is not quite as awesome as the front. 1st, there's extra loops, but don't know what they're for, not clear on how to best install the various cords and loops or if they even have a purpose. The end result is very good, but not as tight as the front seats. There's 2 videos by EKR for the Subaru install, each contains important information the other is missing, such as making sure to rehook the rear seat properly. Clearer, more precise instructions would put this product on another level. In the end, these look great, the fit, finish, and quality is top notch, just need to take your time when installing and watch all the videos, not just the 1st one that pops up.

The installation guide and reference images included in the packaging are general universal instructions, which are used for all compatible RAV4 versions and are not specific to your exact vehicle.

We kindly recommend that you proceed with installation first. Once properly installed and adjusted, the covers are designed to achieve a custom, model-specific fit. In many cases, the appearance differences you may notice before installation will resolve after full fitting.

Seat covers arrived in a fairly timely manner. Communication was a little slow on confirming order. I had to reach out a few days after purchase. Also did not expect them to ship from China with the company showing an address in California. Would have been more honest to be clear where it would ship from. Regardless the covers fit well, easy to install and they look exact how the render showed.
