When you buy a 'Pro' product, you expect pro-level service. Currently, the reliability and the support are both failing.

I ordered the wallet, money clip, and Android Finder Card. Instead, I was sent an Apple Finder Card—twice. On the third attempt I finally received an Android version, but it did not work.
I reported the issue, but it remains unresolved. One support response even stated that submitting more than one complaint pushes the case to the bottom of the queue.
The wallet is also unusable—my cards slide out—and the money clip makes it bulky and impractical.
It has now been over a month, and the service has been extremely poor. The replies appear AI‑generated and not focused on resolving the problem. At this point, it seems I may lose the $130 spent on a wallet that doesn’t work.

Sent many request to speak to support about a return and heard nothing, received the MagSafe pro wallet and has scratches and damage to it upon delivery, magnets not working properly,

Company's customer service was excellent and timely UNTIL it became clear that the product they'd sent me was malfunctioning and needed to be returned. Suddenly there was silence, day after day. While not fully resolved yet, it appears I'll need to refute the charge with my CC company in order to get my money back.

I ordered a wallet a few months ago and I was very impressed with the quality of leather. I had an issue with my cards and sent the warranty dept an email describing my problem. They immediately responded and I sent a video to them. Within a week I had a new wallet in my hand which was awesome. I admit, I was hesitant to spend the money on an Ekster wallet, however it was worth every penny!! With so many to pick from I am extremely happy with my choice. Thank You Ekster for a quality wallet and excellent support!!

My husband really likes this wallet. The button that pushes out the credit cards makes it easy to use. It’s a slim design in their environment, both for her son and son-in-law.
We did have a warranty issue and the company handled it really well. They communicate back with us immediately, told us what they needed and sent us a new wallet. Because of that experience, we are making the additional purchase.
Looking out for a cool gift for a guy!

I've been using their solar tracker cards for years! my most recent one recently gave out and wouldn't charge. I reached out to their customer service just to see if they could help me fix it. instead of helping me fix it they just said they would send me a new one, but the newer model because they don't make the solar card anymore. I thought that was awesome because I didn't even ask for a new one, nor did I expect that because I bought my card so long ago! anyways, their tracker cards have saved me more times than I can count by location my wallet.

These bags are great for long travels, adjust to any luggage and have durable materials. 2 bags worked perfectly providing lots of extra space without paying extra baggage fees.
Last but not least, the customer service experience is amazing. I had a little problem with the air pump and the answer was very fast, replacement was shipped asap. Highly recomended!

I paid $170 for a set of two travel compression bags with a pump & took one of the bags for a domestic trip test drive prior to a two wk trip to Europe. I’m so glad I did. The bag would not retain the vacuum seal. It was fine when I packed it but had reinflated when I opened my suitcase in my hotel several hours later. No worries, things happen, maybe it was just defective. I read the return policy and it seemed reasonable so I immediately emailed customer service. They replied promptly and said that since I was reporting a defect, they would escalate to the “specialist team”.
The only thing “Sol” from the ‘specialist team’ was there to do is attempt to gaslight me into believing I don’t know how to fully zip up a zipper to create a seal. Sir, I have dual master degrees - I understand how a vacuum works. First it was “sure, we’ll give you a refund, but first let me help you troubleshoot”. There isn’t anything to troubleshoot - the bag is defective. Then it was “we’ll TOTALLY send you a refund and you don’t even have to return the defective items, but please just send us a quick picture of the issue for our team.” Frustrating but whatever, so I used a clock & a series of time stamped pics AND video to show how the bag slowly deflated over the course of a day. I clearly showed the fully engaged zipper but the reply - AGAIN - was “oh, the zipper isn’t all the way shut.” Friend, it doesn’t get more shut than that, as the pictures CLEARLY show. It’s like they wanted me to keep pulling on the zipper until the bag ripped so they could then say the bag was damaged due to my own fault, sorry, no refund for you! So then Sol moved on to tactic #2 “Why don’t you keep the bags, since they are totally not defective, and we’ll just give you a 35% refund?” Wait. What happened to send us a picture & we’ll refund it in full? More importantly, let’s say for the sake of argument that I just wanted to return non-defective bags. There is NOTHING in their “100 day risk free!” return policy to indicate returns for non-defective items are refunded at anything less than the full price less a nominal shipping fee. So 35%? Where did THAT come from? Such. A. Scam. I told them I was happy to return everything or nothing, that was up to them, but I wasn’t settling for anything less than a full refund for my DEFECTIVE PRODUCT since that’s what was initially offered for a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I did EVERYTHING Sol ASKED - multiple pictures, multiple videos. Not only is Sol STILL refusing to acknowledge the truth clearly shown through video evidence, he is now trying to con me into accepting something less than what their own return policy states!
I am still fighting with this guy and it’s becoming clear that he thinks he can wear me down. That’s not happening. it’s looking like the next step will be to dispute the charge with VISA, which should go in my favor given the objective evidence. Based on what I assume are legit reviews on this site, defects in the bags are a one off but heaven help you if you DO get a defective bag like I did or have any sort of issue with your order. The approach this company takes to “customer service’ is abysmal.
And FYI - check Amazon for similar products that do a much better job for half the price, with truly hassle free returns if you aren’t satisfied. I bought a highly rated set for less than $40 that has gone nearly a week now with no loss of compression whatsoever

Just want to do a quick review on the magsafe wallet with the Samsung S26 Ultra with a magsafe case. The wallet will stick to the magsafe case but due to the camera configuration, the wallet is on an angle and the corner of the wallet stick out past the phone. Wish I could share a photo. Other than that, great wallet. Also attached the money clip as well.
