I had a skin consultation and a hydrafacial with Suzanne at the metquarter in liverpool , she was amazing and made me feel very welcome and relaxed she helped me understand skincare and what’s best for my skin she was incredibly friendly and lovely to talk to. If anyone is thinking of getting any treatments come here. I ended up leaving with a package due to how much I enjoyed myself lovely team can’t wait to go again. Definitely recommend asking for Suzanne to do your treatment as she is absolutely lovely. Thank you for an amazing treatment 💗

Have now had 4 hair laser removal treatments and the experience has been excellent.
The treatments are never rushed and time is taken to change the settings for different parts of the body to ensure the most effective results (this is after a discussion to determine the more problematic areas).
Everyone is very professional and friendly from the receptionist to the therapists.
The treatment rooms are spacious.
The laser itself is the most effective I’ve had (I’ve previously had treatments in another clinic and there is a big difference with results - you would definitely know and feel that the laser is stronger).
Highly recommend the clinic.

Couldn’t be happier with the laser hair removal treatment I have received at Elan. Monika is so lovely and has put me at ease, she has also gave me advice on making my hair removal journey as successful as it can be. Can not believe the difference to my hair growth already and I am only 3 sessions in! The atmosphere is so welcoming, couldn’t recommend the clinic enough.

I booked this in as I had wanted a hydra facial for a while. When I came in the clinic staff were lovely and welcoming. I had a consultation with Monika. This was so informative! She took scans of my face and explained the results to. I was amazed by what the scans showed and the advice provided by Monika. I had my facial which felt great and I came out with my skin looks so clear and refreshed. I could see a glow on my skin which people also noticed. An amazing experience and great result. Had a platinum Hydra facial at the Beaconsfield clinic and a skin care consultation. Lovely therapist who listened to my concerns about my menopausal skin and who was very knowledgeable regarding the various products they retail helping me to make sense of and choose the correct range for me. Definitely would recommend and will be returning for my next facial soon

Had laser facial treatment with Molly at the Springs Leeds. She put me at my ease throughout the treatment and I have been really pleased with the result.
Would recommend the clinic the staff are friendly and offer a wide variety of treatments.
