The final prices of deraillier hanger (2 pieces) were Much Higher than informed on your web pages, because of the increased value added taxes !!!
I was pretty much very disappointed to that!

Thank you for your feedback about our services - appreciate a lot. We care about every customer and try to fix everything what is in our hands.
We doublechecked prices and want to make sure that all prices are shown at our eshop is with standard 21% VAT, when customers registers, system automatically recalculates prices with customers shipping country VAT in your case 24%. It is the EU law and we need to align with the law.
In case customers register shipping address outside EU, VAT is removed from prices, but customer needs to pay import taxes himself at his country. For EU countries by EU law, we collect VAT and pay to customers country tax institutions. Like in your case we collected 24% Finland tax rate and it will ve transfered to Finland tax collector.
We really want to make happy every customer, but sometimes not everything is in our hands - we need to align with the law.

Fast supply, but low quality product
The item I received and fixed, within 10 minutes using my bicycle the item got proken, I never thought I'll receive low quality item.

Dear customer,
We always wish that all of our customers experience only the best emotions with our sold products, but derailleur hangers are specifically designed to break in case of an accident or drivetrain failure to protect the frame from further damage which would cost much more to replace or repair it.
The derailleur hanger can be broken even by accidently dropping the bicycle on the ground, if it doesn't snap off right at that moment - the inner structure of the derailleur hanger is damaged, therefore there is a high risk for it to snap off later on when riding under a higher load. Also there were a lot of cases when the drivetrain failed to shift gears, causing a dropout to break.
