I never received the order!
I had placed an order with delivery at "all about tyres" for address: 317 liosion athens.
I contacted with "all about tyres" and they said me they have changed their address, but you have not updated the new address on your site. So the courier could not find them and the tires were never delivered.

Avoid at all costs !
Ordered 2 tyres since 15.7.24. Delivery time was 5 to 7 days.Order number is 25303877.Tried to communicate through WhatsApp no response. Tried email provided again automated response!
Afrer 2 weeks only one tyre was delivered and there is no way to communicate with the seller or the platform to find where is the 2nd tyre!

I purchased one Mak rim,the tracking number wasn't working, anyway no problem with that, before we fit the rim the technician and i found out that the brand new rim was a lot worse than the used ones.I quess because i ordered one item i got a leftover.

Continuing my report from 6 days ago, a lady Angela M, continues to send me standard messages. They continue to not have found the lost rim and of course they do not compensate me. Below is a message from the ticket number 1777805 so that everyone who reads this review will know what is the behavior of the company in question:

I remind to everyone that this happens since 19/4/2024, they dont refund me 156,69 euros for the rim that never received although i provided all the documents they asked for.If anything changes i will come back with more info...stay away from this store.

The worst buying experience
The worst buying experience, if there was 1 star rating or minus rating it would be the appropriate rating for these people.Order placed in 29/3/2024 never received tracking codes until i send mail to them after 4days, received the package in 16/4/2024 and the adventure starts.Only 3 of 4 rims delivered in ACS courier of greece, the other one lost by GLS courrier who is their partner.New mails sent by me on 18-19/4/2024 with all the proving documents they asked me (delivery receipt from the courier, photos from the couriers facilities with the weight of the packages.
And this is the state of things until today, they just send mails where they apologise for the inconvinience and they dont refund neither send me the missing rim.In conclusion they are common thieves.Stay away!trustpilot doesnt let me to put my email in order to prove to anyone what i claim!
