Warning

Warning: Avoid Elavon & Takepayments at all costs!

I’ve been paying £63 EVERY MONTH for 5 months with ZERO transactions! They promised a “free” service, but it’s a complete scam. We even recorded videos proving their false claims — ready for court!

If you’re a business owner, DO NOT trust them. Check your bank statements IMMEDIATELY! These companies charge hidden fees and ignore all complaints. I’ve reported them to FCA and Trading Standards.

Don’t let them steal your money like they did to me. Call Elavon now and demand answers before they drain your account too!

Concise and helpful advice

After phoning for help with a gateway problem I was helped in a very swift and efficient manner. I was passed to a colleague who has been an enormous help and it was a quick reassuring experience, unlike my 1 hour 15 minute conversation with a competitor!

AVOID Elavon at all costs.

AVOID - Can’t believe they are closing my account for now reason!! Called Customer Service number (0345) Spoke to Hannah who had absolutely no idea what the problem was and couldn’t offer any support. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

AND LETS WAIT FOR THE STANDARD RESPONSE TO THIS - the damage has been done, you had chance to resolve this matter. I have voted firmly with my feet and wish others to learn from the way you choose to conduct your business.

Sorting issues on a weekend

We had a login issue on a weekend, so I contacted the support line, getting an auto response that I should get a reply within 1 working day.
Stuart responded within the hour and soon had me back in the system. Thank you!

Support amazing as usual

Spoke to Simon, a fantastic helpful guy.

He answered both my questions without having to look anything up, escalate a ticket etc. He just knew!

Even better was that when he understood my main problem, he said what I wanted couldn't be done, then provided an alternative solution that I wasn't even aware existed. This new solution not only fixed the issue I had but also provided improvements to other features all in one go.
