A lovely day despite the weather

A lovely day despite the weather, all the staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and the boat was spacious and well equipped. We would recommend this company for a wonderful, enjoyable family day out.

used to be good but 'security' measures make it poor.

I'm writing this while I'm waiting for an access code to be able to take payment from a customer.
After about 5 minutes you request them to resend the code. Of course a code comes through and you try it but it's the first one - about 7 minutes late so you don't quite know if you put it in wrong and try again. After 3 attemptsd you get locked out and then the re-sent code comes through - about 7 minutes too late again.
It's rubbish.
Takes too long to log in and you get logged out too quickly and have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
In reply to their reply, there was no error, it just takes too long to get the security code through. Who has time to wait 5-10 minutes to log in to take a card payment?

Best technical support

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to Mohammed for the outstanding support he provided. From the very beginning, he handled my situation with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care.

What truly stood out was Mohammed’s willingness to go the extra mile — something very few people do these days. He not only guided me step by step through the process, but also ensured that everything was resolved smoothly and efficiently. His communication was clear and reassuring, and his commitment to finding the best outcome for me was remarkable.

Thanks to his efforts, all payments have been switched seamlessly, and he ensured I understood exactly how both regular and repeat payments would work going forward. It is rare to come across someone who combines deep technical knowledge with such a supportive and human approach.
