My representative, Tamara, was absolutely outstanding. She patientlyassisted me in adding a merchant account to my dashboard and doing research as the first account she attempted to add had no transactions. She also assisted me with a refund issue in converge. She was kind, patient, and attentive to my concerns as I was having issues with reconciliation of my accounts. She is a 5 star employee. I would have hugged her if she was in person!

Robyn helped because she noticed there was a mistake with the way something I ordered was emailed to me when I was supposed to receive something from ups. Robyn also said she would be monitoring this issue so she could email me when action needed to be taken. Robyn was also very sweet, attentive and patient with me. How I wish everyone working within customer service was as kind and able to dissolve any issues. Thank you

Understanding Other Fees
I had been approached to change my credit card processor and wanted to understand the “Other Transaction” and “Other Fees”. I found out about non-qualified transaction fee, extra fee for monthly vs daily tie-out, $25 monthly online converge fee, $25 monthly PCI compliant/insurance/help fee, $10 doing business with us/account fee, and $21.20 monthly paper statement fee for 3 pages ($254.40 annually for 36 pages, $7 per page). Makes sense!
She answered truthfully every question I asked and I am grateful for that honesty. I appreciated her knowledge. Customer service is very lacking these days and she was not. She excelled. She is a keeper!!

The lady I spoke with, Josie, was so helpful! I have been struggling to get a hold of my representative and really truly get anyone to help.
