Elaway cheap business model

Thank you Elaway for your answer, although it would have been nice if you could reply to my mail instead of communication has to go via Trustpilot. Anyway i will give you the benefit of a doubt.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with our chargers.

We offer two types of charging setups in housing communities: shared chargers and private chargers. With shared chargers all residents connected to the facility can use all available chargers. With private chargers only one user is registered to one specific charger, and only that user can access it. I am not familiar with any facilities where it is possible for ten users to register to the same charger.

Ordered a new charger for my car

Ordered a charger for my car. I have been waiting 3 weeks and still nobody has even contacted me yet. My new car was delivered faster from the factory than Elaway reached out to me regarding the charger. I have no idea how long this will take, probably months. If you have to order from them, order months ahead!

The normal delivery time for charger installation is three weeks (15 business days), and due to the holiday period in July, we have experienced slightly longer waiting times during this period. We have also informed about this on our website. We apologize if you experience a delay.

Disrespect for the user

They expect users to be understanding when they are unable to provide quality service for two days. But they don't want to wait 5 days for payment when I have a problem with my payment card due to the bank's fault. The most important thing is that I am not trying to avoid paying, they simply do not have an alternative payment method. Of course - the easiest way is to block the user regardless of anything! Even if they themselves are not ideal! It's pathetic!
