Electra Heating 

MICHAEL SHERIDAN and his team are crooks! Keep opening up new heating companies, take money from client, do sub par work and company disappears, leaving no one to help you when things go wrong and they did, only few months after installation of very expensive equipment! This is at least second company Michael opened that dissolved only after a year. You'll end up in prison dear!

Not a great experience.
I was holding off on a review for now but given what a previous reviewer has said and the fact that the company has now disappeared I feel it's best to leave this review now.

There is no point in me reviewing my experience with the company as they no longer exist, it was not all bad but definitely poor customer service towards the end!

Anyway we had these radiators installed in Jan 2025 and one of the radiators stopped working two days ago and upon discovering that Electra no longer exists we had a minor panic attack.

However as these radiators are manufactured by 'Elkatherm' and Electra were only the distributors we thankfully had another company to contact.

We contacted Elkatherm today and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. She confirmed our warranty with the quote from Electra and has suggested which part needs replacing which they will send out to us. We do have to find an electrician to fit it for us but the fact that Elkatherm are going to help us is such a relief.

We do like the radiators (when they work) but we greatly regret using Electra in the first place and wish we had done more extensive checks into the company.

So if anyone who has these radiators gets any issues in future, contact Elkatherm as they were very helpful and kind given the circumstances.

I have not had such a positive experience with the heaters supplied by Electra heating. I had them installed in November but I am experiencing a constant clicking sound like the thermostat keeps clicking on and off. And in a small house with one of these heaters in every room clicking all the time it's very irritating! Tried to contact Electra Heating today to see if there is any solution they can recommend but their website seems to no longer exist, their office phone line says number no longer in service and Michael the sales guy's mobile just goes to voice mail with no reply to message or texts! The control panel on one of the heaters stopped working on in the first month but they did come and replace it quick enough after I complained to them about it. However not sure about their 20 year guarantee as I can't get hold of anyone at the company and that's a couple of months after installation so goodness knows what will happen if I need to contact them if there's a problem in a couple of years! It looks like the company is no longer trading? No surprise why. Anyone else who has got them, check your warranty status as I'm not sure it counts for much if you can't get hold of anyone at the company because it looks like they've vanished!

We had a great experience with Electra Heating. Called in to get a home survey, very nice gentleman visited our property the very next day, no hard selling of dodgy sales tactics, he was very knowledgeable and honest about the products, he recommended that we get a few quotes to compare but was so impressed with the heating system decided to go with electra heating the following week.

We had seen other German radiator companies but they were pushy, and weren’t very knowledgeable, Michael showed a genuine interest in our property, he gave accurate heat loss calculations and even recommended that we keep our current hot water cylinder and showed us how to set the timer correctly, where the other companies I’d seen tried to flog us a new one!

Since we’ve had our heating installed we are really happy with the results, our heating bills are already cheaper according to our smart meter and our house is lovely and warm.

If I had known about these heaters I would of changed our night storage heaters years ago, they are so much easier to control, they give heat when you need it, and they are cheaper to run! They also come with a 25 warranty and although not cheap to buy they are certainly cheaper than some of the other competitors.

I have found Electra heating nothing but professional, from the lady on the phone who booked my survey to the gentleman who installed them, they made zero mess and took the time to show me how to work them….this company has made an old woman very happy!

I would definitely recommend using this company, they provide good old fashioned customer service and they are easy to get through to on the phone unlike the other companies I dealt with.

From finding them on the internet this company has been outstanding. The young lady who contacted us was very friendly, Michael the salesman kind and not pushy at all, knows he's product well and explained it well. The 2 men who fitted them were friendly and professional.

A great experience from start to finish. Michael is a lovely salesman, very straightforward, no pressure. The engineers who fitted my heating system were amazing, very friendly and helpful and worked cleanly and tidily. All done in a few hours. I am so pleased with my new heating, the radiators look very neat and modern, the 25 year guarantee is very reassuring and I’ve never had such a warm and cosy house. Michael has been very helpful post sale too by helping me set up the timings on my app (which is very simple to use). I would highly recommend Electra.

Great products with virtually instant heat plug in and great design plus 25 year guarantee on the radiators. 2 fitters properly tooled , clean and efficient and great to talk to as well . NO MESS and no problems , Thank u all.

Great experience from our first meeting with Michael to the installation. Micheal was helpful, informative, honest and in no way pushy. The installation team were super professional and helpful and kept us informed of their program. They took the time to show us how the system worked and ensured we understood the app before leaving. We now have a really controllably and efficient heating system which I am very happy with for the price.

Electra Heating is a very professional company,from the initial call back after my enquiry,when I was informed all about the product and how their system works.
Michael arrived ontime and was very friendly.He explained how the product works in depth and the advantages for my needs.
He measured each room to work out the size of radiator I required.Michael then produced a quote which I was pleasantly surprised with.
The office called me a couple of days later and 1 week later the installation took place.
The installation team again were very friendly,they got stuck in traffic and they called me to give me a new estimated time of arrival.
After installation they vacuumed the area of installation and thoroughly explained how the system worked.
The system is so easy to use via their app.

So far so good – my radiators were fitted yesterday.

My experience with Electra Heating so far has been nothing but good – Michael visited originally to do the survey/quote and was able to answer all my questions and he was also knowledgeable about the competitor products that I had researched. I purchased on the spot and Michael called me the following day to arrange and installation date.

Paul and Brendan carried out the installation date 10 days after I ordered – they were clean and tidy carried out the install, walked me through the App to control the radiators – installed a timer switch for my hot water and Paul even put up my coat hooks while Brendan was doing some wiring – top service – thank you gentlemen.

I pretty much knew the radiator wattages I required and I found the communication with Micheal via WhatsApp so simple. Michael responded to every question I had all but immediately, even when I sent a message at 07:15. His information was absolutely first class and he was very easy to deal with throughout. I now look forward to receiving the radiators and enjoying the warmth!

After speaking with a few heating companies we decided to go with Electra heating.
Mainly due to the design of the radiator and the price.
Michael was great at explaining the technology behind the heating system which makes it cost effective.
Installation was arranged and installed within two weeks. Very pleased with service from start to finish.

Have had a few heating companies in recently and decided to go with Electra Heating mainly because I really liked these German-made Elkertherm heaters and the fact that I get a 25 year warranty.

Our surveyor was very professional and not pushy at all, in fact he told me to look at other companies before I make my decision.

Overall, I am really happy with my choice and would recommend Electra heating due to their service and professionalism.

Great service, Micheal the surveyor was very knowledgeable and I felt at ease. There were no pushy sales tactics which I hate.
Installation was quick and the radiators look good and didn't cost the earth. I'll be nice and warm this winter.
