Made and order and it was never dispatched, tried to contact via email and phone and no response whatsoever.

Will use again

Name worried me at the beginning. But seem good company.
All that is really missing is being clearer about delivery costs. even aestimate is better then leaving it for after paypal logging.
sending speed wasn't fast, but nor was it slow, so they are OK
I have not had anything to return, so cant judge that part.
Leaving negative reviews active on a trust-pilot is although a good sign.

Late and wrong delivery

I did not recieve any delivery notification for couple of days after I complete my order. I sent them an email. Then they called me and said delivery got lost. I ordered 4 items, after 12 days I recieved the parcel of 3 items. 1 was out of stock (they told this before), 1 wrong item (instead of Combicutter3Max they sent Combicutter1Max). Avarage delivery duration 1 week, Success of providing items %50.

Absolutely first class service

No response to mails or refund for items

Wrong SKU for LED light sent from the supplier, presumably due to it being discontinued.

Main issue is that the items were returned and then the company stopped responding to my mails and failed to provide a refund.

Having to raise a case via PayPal to get a refund.

Poor company to deal with and no phone number available to speak to someone.

Very reasonable price but hard to navigate the website. I didn’t receive any email confirmation of my order after I paid so was a bit worried. However I received the items in perfect condition.
