Ordered 2 fire alarms
Ordered 2 fire alarms, one was fine but the other one was faulty, we rang the company who made them and the operative listened to the alarm while we were on the phone and confirmed it was faulty, we contacted electrical4all and they said they would refund us if we sent the faulty one back, we said we are not paying to send it back so they said they would send a pre-paid label to send it back, they did this and we sent it back, time went by and nothing! we contacted them and they said we haven't received it! really?!! we explained all this to Ebay who were totally unhelpful, they asked for a tracking no. which we couldn't give because electrical4all didn't send a label that included a tracking number! very clever, what electrical4all should have told us is to send it back via Ebay which we didn't know we had to do, so we were mislead by them from the start, so in the end as this company didn't send a refund we contacted our mastercard provider who sorted the refund out for us. Don't buy anything from this company!

Misleading Advertisment description
I ordered 7 of the rings Plastic Lamp/Light Shade Adaptor Reducer Rings EU to UK Packs of 1-100 for £4.89 as advertised on the website via ebay. However I only received 3 through the post, with a comment stating that the package did not contain 7?
I was given the option to return the items back for a refund, but I felt that this was very deceptive in the advertising.
