Mis-described on website - purchased items useless to me.
I'll tell you. Product mis-sold. I'm not happy at all. I bought 3core braided flex (hemp) that was described as 6.0mm overall outer diameter. It was not - it was ~10mm and does not fit the cable routing in my light fitting.
So I purchased (from you, more fool me) the 2core version, as this was sold as 5mm overall outer diameter. Guess ehat, it is still ~10mm and still does not fit !!!
Tell me, do you actually sell any braided cable that is actually a replacement for standard 5mm cable? Or is your entire online braided cable offering mis-sold?
I have photos of these cable vs a ruler if you're interested, but don't appear to be able to upload them anywhere.
