The item has still not been delivered was my review previously as I was upset with the delay. I received an email requesting feedback before I had the item.
Soon after I sent my review the item eventually was received by me.
The ceiling rose and lamp holder are of good quality. I ordered a rope style flex which is just lovely and exactly what I wanted. Therefore I wanted to update my review and now give 5 stars for the product.
If rating the delivery company I would give them a 1 star. It may be Evri was used I am not sure but if so they are not great in Cornwall

Good product , came on time .

Had the product I needed at a reasonable price. I wanted to convert a plug in table lamp to a plug in wall lamp and Electricalsone had the exact part with the correct dimensions. I've completed the project and my new wall lamp looks fantastic but more importantly has been installed safely and correctly. A £50 lamp has a new lease of life for under £10! Very happy.

This LED light is perfect for the downstairs toilet with a low ceiling. At only 22W it uses less electricity than the original strip light but gives a brighter light. I should say it's cheaper to buy too.

I made an online order with Electricalsone on 12th March 2024. It arrived on time, but with a mis-matched part. No problem, I thought, just a picking mistake that will be quickly be rectified.
I sent an email to the address on their website; no reply after 10 days. I tried calling the mobile number 07387 952582 given on the website; the line went silent. I emailed again. I called again. Nothing.
It's now 5th April - more than 3 weeks after my order.
I really would not deal with this company if I were you, unless you check first whether they answer your emails or a telephone call.

Still waiting to receive item. The biggest mistake this company made was not being up front first. I paid for express delivery ie 2/ 3 day delivery and having paid for this service they dropped the fact that they use Royal Mail for delivery. Not sure how much publicity this company needs about how bad Royal mail services are but the fact they made a TV series out of one of their errors and still can't get it right should surely raise an eyebrow or two and make you reconsider using them for your express items.
Customers please don't pay for an express service that is slower than snail pace. I could have walked and collected the item faster than the royal mail can deliver. I am expecting to receive a message next that royal mail have lost the item and I will need to wait for a refund! I will keep you updated!!!
