Our purpose is to offer you free, honest and independent advice on which plan best suits your needs, whether it be the cheapest deal, energy type, contract or no contract, we will find you the perfect plan. Then to top it all off once you're happy with our recommendation, we'll sort all the paperwork out for you and arrange the set up. Then all you have to do is wait for your next meter reading or move in date and your new supplier will take over the billing. The best thing is you don't pay a thing for our service, you have a 10 business day cooling off period if you're a little unsure, and if you're happy with the arrangement you'll be on your way to cheaper electricity and gas.

Didn’t even identify himself or who he was representing. I thought I was talking to the actual company I have my current account with, not realising until I received this feedback form that it was not them. The person I spoke with talked so fast, I could hardly understand him. Repeatedly the same questions/spiel about 4 times. He wasn’t interested in my questions or anything other than getting my account moved to my new address. Well, I think. Because he spoke that fast I couldn’t track him.
