I ordered from the Internet a Ebike that was advertised as 1200 Watt! The ebike turned up and was a hassle for me to build as I'm disabled, and even to get out of the box, which I had to cut the back off where it had been damaged! I assemble the bike, cutting myself on the disc brake, loosening over tight wheel bearings! There was no throttle installed and when I checked the owners manual it shows specification as 250 Watts!!? I contacted ESL and was directed to a procedure in Chinese on YouTube, to supposedly go to Full Power and the procedure' wasn't even of my ebike and had different controls! I asked for it to be taken back as it was obviously a 250 watt pedal assisst bike and I can't pedal, and they agreed, saying just put it back in the box, which I had thrown out as it was broken and huge and I was deffinetly not going to disassemble this wrong bike, that I had wasted precious time and energy on!
They have ignored my emails, stating the above, and have not arranged a collection! I put in a dispute with my Credit Card company that is still ongoing after they asked for more information! Shoddily this company have this week opened up a HM Courts Money Claim against me actually lying in their Court claim, which is perjury, saying I had said the bike was defective, when I had just said it was the wrong power strength bike!
I wish i had read some of the reviews here - avoid at all cost, and Ecomove to which is the same company!

I paid for a bike from this company they sent me a tracking number for the bike but the tracking number says the same thing its been saying for the last 3 weeks I haven't received the bike and I haven't received my refund I had to get hold of the bank to tell them about this hopefully I will get my money back soon it's been 3 weeks now and the company they used to send the bike is fedex they're useless and so is the company this has been the worst experience ever I will never recommend this company I strongly recommend staying far away from this company I will have nothing but problems with them.

I had a good experience with them, ordered a ADO battery lock, prior to buying was able to ring and speak to someone who confirmed the lock would fit my bike. Ordered and took a week to arrive but came from China and had tracking all the way. I was happy as it was a good price and not many stockists so my experience was very positive.

I think that I made a mistake when I did not check this company on UK.TRUSTPILOT.

I bought MERCANE FORCE Electric Scooter, order #4859, £899, delivered on 16/01/2023.

Since then, I have had electrical disconnection problems. They sent me a new battery and the issue continued. I went privately to check everything and I changed the LED for £70, but I still have the issue. They tell you now, you are out of guarantee.

When they sent me the new battery, I sent them a follow-up email that I still had disconnection problems but they never came back to me.

As stated by previous reviewers avoid this company .
I ordered EBike on the 21st of December 2021 was given tracking ref .It showed no progress .received email from company confirming the courier had lost the bike and hoped it would be resolved by the 7 the Jan 2022.
Looks like refund.
Will change review if bike arrives or I pick bike up
Update bike eventually arrive out of the blue in January 2022.

I had eventually got refund after much towing and growing.
Waited on Co contacting me to confirm they had been informed .
They eventually did contact me on the 16th Feb 2022 .
But I did not get their emails until 2 days later by then the Owner called Sonny had threatened to come round to my home address and take bike !
And had issued legal proceedings in county court to get the refund paid .
To me it was like a set up to create aggro ..all they had to do was allow working days to reply .
But no …the county court documents were in the post received replied to them by then I had transferred the monies owed for the Ebike .
Claim was withdrawn .
I noted a man had come round on my cctv .
Brought by another man that looked suspicious creepy .
What hassle ….the ebike is fine ..but if this company cannot keep track of their couriers and bikes I would avoid .regardless of the price to many middle men .

Took my money didn't bother sending a tracking number if it's any longer I'll be going through PayPal and requesting a refund AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

I've had a puncture already. Why?
Because they sell it with an almost impossible way of accessing the Valve to put in the Slime (puncture prevention) and then be able to inflate the tube.
It's a complete joke!
The Scoot is still a 5 Star. It really is!!
I just wish that the Sellers...Re-sellers would realise they should be supplying them with a free Inner tube or two and a 100% way of getting it pumped back up. It should be standard for the tires to come with Valves that are long enough and standard that you can attach a pump whilst avoiding the brake rotor. It would solve this easily!
That's how I feel and they asked for my opinion.
If you are stuck by the side of a road, with a puncture....You'll be walking home.
The access to the tire valves is just stupid. Now, having said that.... (Remember, I was stranded).....
I still have to say, it's Great fun! I mean every word but don't let it put you off the Scoot, as much as it's a real pain to fix punctures, it's glorious fun when riding!
Love it. Hate the tire valves!!

I’ve ordered handlebar for mercane widewheel scooter from electricscooterlondon -had to wait over a month-recieved an email with tracking number that it was delivered (signature don’t need it)-never recieved it handle bar-it costed me 90£-wrote more then 10 emails to customer service -didn’t get any answer & lost my 90£ - and didn’t get any answer.My advice is stay away - very ignorant company.
