I ordered an iENYRID M4Pro scooter and unfortunately it arrived faulty – the control/display panel does not work properly.
I contacted customer service straight away and was told a replacement part (screen) would be sent. However, they informed me this part has to come from China, which means a long delay. I explained clearly that I needed the scooter for my daughter over the Easter holidays and asked if they could source the part from a UK supplier instead, but they refused.
They then said they would “waive” a €20 shipping fee for the replacement part – which is unacceptable, as I should not be paying anything at all for a fault on a brand new item.
Due to the delay and inconvenience, I requested a full return and refund and asked for a return label or QR code. Since then, communication has stopped and I have had no response.
Very disappointing experience:
Faulty product on arrival
No suitable or timely solution offered
Attempt to charge for a warranty fix
Ignoring refund request
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Buyers should be aware of the poor aftercare if something goes wrong.
I’d think twice before buying anything from this company, I had to open a dispute with klarna as they wouldn’t send me a returns label, then sent it to me once klarna contacted them I’ve since sent the scooter back but they refusing to refund me!! And been ignoring my emails socking customer service!!
The ienyrid es60 electric scooter is dangerous not because it's fast
Its because the way its built. front folk has been put together with one bolt under the folk to stop it all coming lose and 3 little side screws .basically the hole front from hadle bar to front folk is constantly lose bolts snapping . Ienyrid don't care about about the problems don't waste your money
After 1500km distance of the scooter dropped something about 50% ,from 40km to 20km(model : Ienyrid M4 pro Max 48V20Ah).Brakes are disaster ,IT cant be change for Better because of construction. Light Ok ,lock ,code on display super .If you want using regularly i would reccomend INVEST in Better scooter obviusly for more .
I’m sharing this to warn others.
I received the scooter on January 28th. Within just 5 days, on February 2nd, I formally initiated the return process because the product arrived with multiple defects.
The company advertises a 15-day return policy, which gave me confidence to make the purchase. However, instead of honoring that policy, they have been delaying the process and making it extremely difficult ever since February 2nd.
Now they are trying to charge extra fees to return a defective product — including shipping costs that are even higher than what I originally paid to receive it.
How is it acceptable that:
• I reported the issues within 5 days
• I am still within the advertised 15-day window
• The product arrived with problems
• And yet my refund would be LESS than what I paid?
This feels misleading and unfair. A return policy should not come with hidden charges or endless delays — especially when the product is defective.
I am currently working with my bank to resolve this matter.
If you’re considering buying from this company, please be very careful and fully understand what their “15-day return” really means.
Transparency and customer respect matter.
Customer service shocking !!
2 weeks after Xmas my sons scooter broke after sending videos of the error displayed on screen they proceeded to offer me parts that I was to repair the scooter myself .. laughable yes🤣 when did I become a scooter expert spent over £400 on this !!
Eventually after several weeks of emails they agreed to except the return however they wanted me to carry this massive heavy scooter to a post office and pay the money to return 🤨 which I obviously said no to after a couple of days they agreed to send a courier to collect and supplied a return label .
It’s now 5th Feb and they still haven’t repaired the scooter as I said I wanted a refund due to them not doing anything in a timely manner they said will you except a S1 refurbished second hand scooter absolutely not 😡 still waiting on a reply after stating I wish a full refund or I will be contacting watch dog this company is a rip off wish I had looked at trust pilot before purchasing this item !!
Notice how they respond to everyone like they fixed their problems yet we keep writing reviews how we all the it screwed. I wish I would've seen these reviews before I I bought the dual motor ES1 after unpacking and assembly, I turn it on and attempted to ride I got an 8e error on the display, I first contacted support and thought it was the throttle due to a Google search, they said they would send a throttle, but would take 2 to 3 weeks delivery time. So I bought another throttle switch on eBay. Switched it out, 8e error still there, contacted support again this time with video showing 8e error on display. They responded with a link to purchase a controller arm part saying it was faulty and I had to purchase part at 95 dollars. Bewildered and highly upset I asked for a return label because their website offers a worry free return policy if you start return.within 14 days and I had the scooter only a few days me we are now on day 9 going back and fourth but they are not honoring their own return policy. Horrible customer support bad company. I finally agreed to accept the controller arm because at least then it might be fixed.
To anyone thinking of buying from ienyrid then read these emails to see the service you will recieve if somethink goes wrong, day I recieved my scooter there was red oil inside the box and all over the frame, when assembling the scooter I tested all brakes etc and the rear brake line lever was soft and did not have any pressure at all which is when I noticed that is where the oil was coming from the brake line had split inside the scooter caseing. I then started to email ienyrid as didnt want to return the scooter as it was a gift just thought to repair it. So we went back and forth for a week with emails saying they had sent the new cable etc and told them I wanted a partial refund to purchase a brake bleed kit mineral oil as I shouldn't bare the costs when its a new scooter. I was told I would recieve a refund when I left a review on trust pilot.. after back and forth they then started blanking my emails so I started a new email thread on the ienyrid website to which I got a reply pretty mucb straight away and told me they would refund me and also send out a new brake line and send me a video on how to fit the new line. So I was confused as the last person I spoke to told me they had already sent the new line. The tracking I was sent was fake and no line was sent and again back and forth to again now being told I wont recieve anything till I leave a 5 star review and screen shot and send to them before they go any further all screen shots of emails and damage to scooter is here for you all to see. Do not buy of ienyrd as if anything goes wrong your left with a scooter that is dangerous. Also the brake lines are built into the scooter in the factory and then crimped either end to the caliper and the brake lever so regardless of a new line being sent it would be impossible to fit as no one is able to crimp the lines I have checked and the tools are impossible to come across. Worst company out there.
I ordered my son an iENYRID Scooted for Christmas as he has been asking for one for a few months.
I ordered the scooter on 23/11/2025 and it was delivered on 25/11/2025 I did not take the scooter out of the packaging until Christmas eve as I did not want to risk my son seeing the scooter as well as safe storage not being possible if it was built.
When I tried to put the scooter together on Christmas eve i noticed that the scooter handle bar would not safely lock into place I watched numerous videos and still was unable to get the handle bar to safely lock in place. I emailed iENYRID on Christmas day and received a response the following day.
I have exchanged multiple emails with the company in the first few emails they sent over videos to which I explained I have seen them all. I sent videos back of the issue and they finally sent a video back advising that I should use a hammer to hit the scooter folding pin into place.
as you can imagine this is not what I want to be doing with a brand new scoter, they offered to repair the scooter but i explained if this is what they expect customer to do with a faulty item I do not want a repair and asked for a refund.
they emailed back advising that if I wanted a refund there would be 7% handling fare and round shipping cost+25% depreciation fare deducted from the refund. I have checked their website and can see they state this only applies to cancelled orders not faulty items.
There is no where on their website that explains the faulty item return policy.
I have advised them of this and they are still saying I will be charged the deductions for a refund.
Amazing product, great correspondence. While Chinese, they were translating everything for me and were extremely helpful.
We bought a scooter 3 weeks ago cost £380 and lasted 16 days. We have written to them and we have to pay for parts to be sent and install it ourselves which leaves things to really get worse we want to return item and its impossible. We have to go through bank for charge back. Bad customer service.
04.12.2025 update , we have now been offerred a return but they are charging us for the return, plus a fee plus 25% depreciation of the scooter. We are challenging this under UK consumer laws. This what they say Here's the fee breakdown:
1. Your total order amount is £369
2. Shipping Fee is £120 (Round shipping)
3. Platform fee + Transaction Fees is 7% (£369 * 0.07 = £25.83)
4. Depreciation fee 25%(£369 * 0.25 = £92.25)
So, if you return the package, your deduction will be £120 + £25.83+ £92.25= £238.08
Your refund will be £369 -£238.08= £130.92
So we paid £369 and will get £130.92 criminal.
SAVE YOUR HARD-EARNED CASH & DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM iENYRID UK.
We spent £488 on an electric scooter for my son to use this weekend at an event. iEnyrid happily took my son's money and promised delivery within 2-5 days. I immediately received an email from them confirming that the scooter would be delivered that Tuesday.
I made sure I stayed home to avoid missing the delivery and to ensure it wasn't left on my doorstep for fear of it being stolen. No delivery came.
That evening, I received a confirmation from FedEx that the delivery had been cancelled and would be rescheduled for Thursday. I stayed home once more, and no delivery came.
I received another email to say it would be delivered on Friday, so once more, I made arrangements to stay home. Surprise, surprise - no delivery. Another message to say delivery will now be made the following Monday.
My son is extremely upset. He used all his savings (3 years) to buy this scooter and has been waiting for it eagerly every day. Now he cannot attend the event, and all his friends will be there with their scooters. I wish we had researched this awful company properly before making this purchase and bought a scooter elsewhere.
I have requested a refund from iEnyrid. I will update this review with the outcome of that.
**UPDATE: I still haven't received a refund from iEnyrid - now on day 11. They keep pushing me to chase FedEx to return the scooter to them, even though FedEx have written to me and confirmed that the scooter has been returned. This is not my responsibility as a customer. Simply the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are rude and misleading.

This is my second ienyrid ES60, would recommend if your looking for some power, distance and handling! Beats the competition and it's safe to travel at a max of 40 MPH anything faster and it would be dangerous. The lighting is a plus, hydrologic brakes a must, disc brakes quick stopping, nice wide standing platform, suspension bone system OMG ! Gives you lots of ground clearance. Just had to get me a second one to ride with my boy.
The service was impeccable. After purchasing, I had a price match. The scooter is easy to assemble and is quite powerful
I had to tighten a few screws that were already in place, otherwise it is performing as advertised.
