In my experience Electric Tobacconist is the best and most importantly quickest company out there, for example, placed an order on Sunday and received Monday morning!

Fabulous. A really good choice of oils, quick delivery.

I buy from ET on a regular basis and normally they are very good. On 8 October I purchased 2 Blu Pro Clearomisers ( ET4415671-502) in readiness for when needed. I went to use one of them today but it was faulty, once fitted to the battery the blue light just kept flickering, I tried the second one and it was OK. I didn't return the faulty one as I had it for more than a month. Just be cautious and check items as soon as you receive them.

This company is absolutely amazing. Their liquids are fabulous and whenever I have had a problem, which only amounts to be unable to open a bottle, they respond immediately and send out new bottles without question. I returned the bottles to them and within a working day had immediate replacement. Fantastic. I no longer need to look elsewhere for my pods or liquids . A huge thank you to the ET team!

Can't fault them.Delivery is always prompt and orders arrive well packaged.Tracking number provided.I once had one failed coil from a pack of 5 and they credited my ewallet with one fifth the cost which was good of them.Recommended.

Purchased in total 30 failing Riot disposable nicotine free bars that had a short expiry date and clearly faulty as i would say a maximum of 100-200 puffs from each device and 3 maybe 10 puffs each,i did finally complain as noticed the ones i purchased from Tesco had another year on expiry date and lasted at least 24hrs + and I would say got around 500-600 puffs.i was refunded for 10 ,but when i asked if they had any newer stock in of riot bars i was told no and would receive the same batch numbers i had previously.Why would they sell these as clearly faulty and i think very unfair to sell to anyone else.i used my credit to purchase another brand i just hope these are not old stock and fail very quickly.So all in all has not saved me any money buying from this company i would say cost me a lot more.Well I would expect that reply from you just odd that only my 2 orders did not work at all that well and then I ordered some new ones of a different brand with the refund and 2 out of date .I have informed you of this by email.Think in future I will purchase from a local store as obviously they have newer stock

I bought an iQOS from them with ORDER #:ET4407656-125; then, I found a new model. I sent them an email to them for return. First, it is very hard to make a return: second THEY DON'T MAKE A REFUND TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS BUT YOUR WEBSITE ACCOUNT. I WANT MY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
