Post was underpaid by this company

Post was underpaid by this company - I had to pay a further £5 in order for Royal Mail to leave my parcel. Due to Royal Mail writing the wrong date on the card they gave me ET are refusing to credit me with this money. Furthermore they are suggesting that I am lying about the matter. No happy and will not be using them again.

For clarity, the card you received from Royal Mail was issued on 27th September, whereas your order was placed on 28th September. It was handed over to Royal Mail on 29th September and successfully delivered today (30th September), which is the earliest possible delivery date. In this case, the card would have been dated 30/09/25. Royal Mail’s tracking for your order does not mention any postage underpayment. Upon reviewing the screenshot you provided, we can see that a £5 postage payment was made today, meaning that particular parcel is due to be delivered on 2nd October. Royal Mail will not deliver parcels with outstanding postage until payment has been received. It is therefore likely that the parcel in question relates to a separate purchase from another retailer, and we would recommend contacting them directly regarding this matter. Great response times.

Unlike most other online companies, the Electronic Tobacconist don't delay in resolving any issues with orders. They respond and resolve issues within minutes not weeks, or longer.
It's a pleasure doing business with them.

Never made a mistake

I've been using ET for years and they've never made a single mistake on wrong product, pricing, delivery times, quality, packaging...nothing.
Also, their website is super easy to use. The re-order function makes everything so simple it takes seconds.

They are by far the best online company of any sort that I've ever used.
The benchmark for others - they should ALL be performing at the level of Electric Tobacconist. Most are miles off.

I have been a customer for many years

Edit: I had already considered that and had been checking my spam folder. There is nothing. It has literally been weeks since I submitted both tickets and I still have not heard anything back.

I have been a customer for many years. I had a problem a couple of months ago so emailed the company and then never heard back. Luckily, my parcel was delivered, but what if it hadn’t been why did no one get back to me? Last week my £5 ebalance didn’t come off the total. I have emailed twice about this and I have heard nothing back and it has been over a week. Why is no one returning emails? This is making me anxious when I place orders so regularly.

Lost a loyal customer!

Customer since March 2020. Next day delivery turned into next week delivery.

Orders being marked shipped when they are not. Delivery has taken 5+ days on each order over the last few months. Irregular packaging too which causes even more delays (rearranging delivery) so I can only assume they've hired some cheaper staff or outsourced their logistics.

Gave plenty of chances to get back on track but unfortunately nothing has changed. Now ordering from another company which has better prices, a rewards points system and (as advertised!) NEXT DAY Delivery!

Thanks for the last 5 years though. :)

We do not mark any orders as dispatched without shipping, and all deliveries are fully tracked. We currently offer two delivery options: Royal Mail Standard and DPD Next Day Delivery. While Royal Mail is not a guaranteed next-day service, it usually arrives the following working day; however, in some cases, it may take a few days, depending on your location. Speedy delivery within 24 hours

Can highly recommend ET for all your vaping needs. I switched to them from another Company whose customer service was appalling. 18 hours after ordering it was delivered and well packaged. I will not shop anywhere else. Superb Customer service 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I used their services more than 3 years…

I used their services more than 3 years now… I don’t know how they are doing but the delivery time is quick as the amazon prime (but without a subscription fee.) Plenty of choices by taste, also great deals for bundles. The cheapest place to buy my weekly Heets selections.

My order was not delivered despite me being in at the time. I am now told I have to collect from a co op store. I am disabled and cant get there. None of my e mails have been answered. This is no way to treat a loyal customer
