I order at 6:58pm, expecting to miss the next day delivery. Within minutes, I received an email saying it has been dispatched and within about another hour or so, it was with Royal Mail. Just received my order this morning. Great service! I'm so impressed with how quickly I've received my order. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Delivered to a previous address after I had updated my new address. When I complain, this is the response I received: "Thank you for getting back to us.
It appears as though you had placed your order and the original address on your account was used when checking out your order.
To ensure that this does not happen, we recommend double-checking your address when placing your order.
Often, these items will find their way back to our depot, at which point we will be happy to contact you to arrange complimentary re-delivery to the correct address. Sadly this is not a service we can guarantee."

As the delivery address in your ET account was not updated, the system defaulted to the only saved delivery address. In such cases, our usual procedure is to re-dispatch the order once it is returned to us, as noted in our terms and conditions. This is what Customer Service should be like
First time I've ordered from this company and wow what an experience. Not only did I get the fastest dispatch ever, their customer service skills are second to none.
I received my order and there was a sight issue (my fault). I contacted the company (on a Sunday afternoon) and received a reply the same day.
The issue was dealt with immediately and I was kept up to date via email regarding the progress of my return. I then received my replacement via 24H tracked RM.
I thanked the company and again received a response almost immediately.
I'm not sure if this is a small family firm or not but the way they run their business and their customer service is that of a small company who treats every customer individually and in a friendly professional way, just like customer service used to be many years ago.
Thank you ET you have restored my faith in online ordering:)
I will be ordering again and recommending you to everyone.
