Impossible to install air-con unit with the supplied instructions. Luckily there are a couple of online videos people have made. With that advice, it's possible for a good DIY person to install in a day. Air-con works well and hopefully lasts a few years.

I payed extra to have it delivered on a Saturday……it didn’t appear. The courier company tried to deliver it on a Monday, which is completely no use to me, hence why I paid the extra to have it delivered on a Saturday. No communication from the company or courier but fast enough to taking the money. First and definitely last time I deal with Buy Direct!

Really pleased with fridge/freezer. Great colour - love the retro feel. Excellent price. Well packaged with fast dispatch and delivery. Delivery men were helpful -unpackaged product and took away of old fridge/freezer. Great service.

As in our previous comments: great admin service. Delivery excellent, although delivery man clearly exhausted.

Delivery was all good, but the aircon unit does not achieve the temperature drop in my conservatory that I had anticipated. Set up at 6pm. Initially set up to lower the temp from 33 degrees to 28. Achieved at 8pm. Then set to 22 degrees, achieved at 10pm, Turned off. Turned back on at 8am when temperature was 22 degrees. Set it to 22. When I returned home at 1pm, it was running on slowest speed, and temperature was 32 degrees. This is no good for me. I need the unit to keep pace with the solar gain, but clearly it cannot cope and this is very disappointing.

Good product at the right price, customer service really good, delivery on time and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.David

Very happy with the purchase of the 12k BTU as so much better than our existing 9k BTU unit. Cools the room significantly - and yes can be a bit loud when on Full but I'd rather be cool than not. Got some good features including sleep mode where it cuts lights and also auto switches off and on when needed. Personally very happy with product and glad I made the choice to buy this unit.

Portable air conditioner was delivered very quickly and arrived undamaged (it's a large unit).

I was surprised how noisy it is on air con mode and I would say probably too noisy for an office or bedroom. The other modes, fan, dehumidifier and heater are more acceptable.

Item (replacement extractor filter) arrived badly damaged. Packaging was too flimsy to protect it.
