Poor service
Poor service, mislead on next day delivery. I only bought from Buy it Direct as next day delivery was an option. DPD are reporting that they still haven’t received the item to be delivered but sales staff are reporting that it’s an issue with DPD. On the website on the day my order was due the item was still for sale with next day delivery. Sharp practice I’d call it.

Great service from appliances direct placing my order right through to delivery. Electriq air con unit is perfect cools the rooms down quickly and is very quiet so doesn’t drown the sound of the tv out. Very easy to use and set up would recommend to anyone great product

I originally ordered a bigger unit than I needed. The two operatives I spoke to at customer services, were extremely helpful, which meant I got a suitable air cooling product for my needs. The item was delivered on the day specified by me. The whole process was very professional and easy.

So had when i required another unit wanted simular, ordered in afternoon and was delivered by lunchtime the following day ..
