I regret buying it. Hardly much difference in the room after 2 hours. Only feel the effects of the fan action and ever so very, very, very slight cooling if you are within 1 metre of it. A normal fan I have which was £30 does a far superior job of cooling me than this electriQ Arctic 25L Portable Evaporative Air Cooler & Air Purifier - I bought at £150. The marketing and advertising department have hyped this product up to something it is not. They could probably market and sell bottled water to fish in the ocean. Unless I got a dud - a faulty unit, this air cooler makes very little difference. If I could return it and get my money back, I would. It is overpriced and has a weaker effect than an ordinary fan!

I followed all the instructions when setting it up and in using the ice packs.

Ordered an delivered in less than 19hrs.

Works beyond expectation and much quieter than anticipated.

Delivery on time with friendly helpful service. Driver was informative and punctual. The device, iCool wall mounted AC unit 10,000BTU was simple to install, if not a heavy unit. You will need a few special tools like a core drill bit 180mm and clutched SDS drill. The unit comes with a template for easy positioning and pre drilling. The AC capability is very good, in the recent heat 30C+ the unit cooled the room down within 30mins and kept it cool. 4x7m room

Fantastic service next day delivery easy to install you only need brackets for outside body. Well packaged good instructions. Pre gas don’t need to worry got the whole house cold in no time and also very quite excellent product!

I would love tonwrite a review but as itvwas meant to have been delivered by Appliances Direct via DX on Wed nd it is now Sunday some 4 days late and not a single contact from DX as to what is happening I simply cant review a product i dont even have. Terrible delivery service.

They chopped and changed the delivery day several times, i have a life to live not wait for several days for a delivery. Otherwise good to excellent way to buy white goods, good value and might buy a gain.
